[Resolved]  Paytm.com — Recharge not received

Address:Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra

My Reliance CDMA mobile no [protected] has been recharged for Rs.
220 on Paytm.com on[protected].

Rs 220 has been deducted from my Paytm Cash Account but I did not receive recharge in my mobile account.

Paytm order no is 34985591 for said transaction. Now Paytm is not ready to refund 220 and even not giving transaction ID for same recharge.

After continuos followup I am unable to get any positive reply from Paytm, Pls help to get my money back.

On 15th of April, 2012 I have recharged [protected] for rs.23. it was shown in my account that the recharge was successful. however, i have not received any recharge nor the money was refunded later. in this context, I would request you to kindly refund my money or arrange the recharge to be done immediately.
