[Resolved] Paytm — PayTM - Regarding Paytm cash refund to bank | |||
Hi, I have recharged 2350 INR for TATA Docomo recharge through your site. It resulted as a failure and the money was refunded as paytm cash. I clicked on refund to bank button.I am getting following alert. "Refund of Rs. 2350 to your bank account initiated on[protected]. Could take up to 21 days to reflect. Today is day 118 of 21" I did not received any mail regarding the refund request confirmation and Bank transaction ID for that . I already raised a ticket regarding that. The ticket number is :Ticket #59616830 I have been Mailing since many days and not getting any reply from your end I request you to please check into this issue as soon as possible and provide me the information. Please take severe action on paytm immediately. If i don't get any response after this also, I am sure file a complaint with all details in CONSUMER COURT.. Was this information helpful? | |||
