I purchase couple of clothes of pepe jeans but after washing one of the T Shirt its colour got fed and the outlet executives are not helping me out...

dera sir,i had bought off white codry shirt worth rs 1500 but the colour of shirt faded away and the colour is half white and half off white pls help

Dear Concern,
I bought 1 T-shirt of PEPE company in the month of Sep 2012 from Pepe store at Life style mall (22 Goudam) jaipur. Mr rakesh
(store Incharge [protected]) took 1600/- for that T-shirt & ensure that Colour of that T-shirt will never be fade at least for 1 & half year but unfortunetly colour of the Tshirt got fade within 45 days. I belongs to Jodhpur (Rajasthan) & frequently visit the Jaipur for shoping & office works. In jan2013 month I return the T-shirt to mr Rakesh for change the Piece as he confirmed on purchasing time that in any defect piece will be changed.
Today more than 90 days has gone but store Incharge is not ready to change the piece in fact on my last visit they replied that "you can take your old T-shirt back as we required more time. In last 3 months Mr Rakesh Confirmed more than 4 times that approval has came but we required the confirmation on mail from company but till date no revert from comany side.
ITS CLEAR THAT PEPE JUST WANT TO SELL NEW PIECES & NOT INTRESTED FOR SERVICES.

For specially this issue I visited jaipur more than 7 times but as per my last discussion held with MR RAKESH KUMAR ([protected]) company & he him self are now not intrested for entertain me.
WHAT I SHOULD TO DO NOW...????????????
