DbCom — PF Withdrawal

Dear Sir,

My previous company DbCom Systems has submitte all documente pertaining to my PF withdrawal and has received and acknowledment on 23 May 2008.But I have still not received the amount credited to my account.

My PF A/c No is : MH/99620/21

I would like to know when would i be receiving the amount.

My PF no is MH/30019/7875 .I had given the papers 16 months back for the final settlement
of my PF.But still it is not credited to my account. I contacted to my office .They told that Pf withdrawal form MH/30019/7875 has already submitted to Bandra pf office on 29/5/08.I just want to get confirmation that how much time it will take to credit the PF amount to my bank account.My account no is[protected]State Bank of Travancore).

I have applied for withdrawl of my p.f. with interest vide acknowledgement no. UP/14967/102 dt. 28.09.2007. I have visited so many times to resional office Noida, and called to p.f. officers Mr. Surender regularly on telephone no. 2412600, 601, but yet not get cleared my p.f.

As i required some funds urgently to deposite my childrens fee to their school.

In view of the urgent requirement of the fund and its so long awaited please released my p.f. funds with interest.

I have submitted my PF form in the month of Jan-09 and still havent recieved my withdrawal amount...my PF act # is MH/93041/5295

How much time PF office take to refund the PF amount & after leaving the Co. immediately can i submit my PF refund form or there should be few month gap.
