Dear Sir/Madam,

i am currently working with my company from 23 months my company is planning to shift the employees from the current company towards is sister concern company (wholey owned) wherein we are getting our resignation letter and will be given fresh appointment letter.

my concern is am i eligible to withdraw the pf totally?and if yes then will i be charged any penalty, my employer has confirmed i might lose 30% from my PF. is there any rule as such
