[Resolved]  Pf Withdrawal — PF enquiry

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was an employee of Kotak Life Insyrance since from 9th July 2008. I have resigned my job on 2nd July 2011. I have applied for PF Withdrawal, till now I did not get any status from my company and also from PF office. Please help me out to get my PF amount at the earliest. I have mentioned my details below, kindly find the same and do the needful.

I m subbmit my PF Widrawal Form in Mar-2011 .
Still I m not recived my Widrawal Money as well as any confirmation from the PF Office

PF WITHDRAWALS — PF WITHDRAWALS

I have submitted for PF withdrawals during June, 2011 its almost 6 months gone.
When ever I check the online status it shows " ** Approval Details on PPO and Scheme Certificates will be made available Soon..** BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES YET.

I heard that We get PF Withdrawals within 45 days once the concerned PF Office gets all our Forms.
If so Why we are not getting within 45 days?
OR Did they changed the time limit?

I can see the PF site updating other informations regularly on the site, but whey they were not updating the really meaned details of the employees who are really in need of PF withdrawals????

When I enquire with my Organisation they say that they have submitted all the necessary informations to the PF Office and their work is almost done, going forward for further informations we need to contact only PF Office.

Please do give us the proper informations and looking forward for your valuable help.

My previous company details are as follows-

Company name : Essae Digitronics Pvt. Ltd.
Head Office : Bangalore, Karnataka
pf. a/c no. : KN/BN/23465/528
Work period : April 2004 to November 2005

Company name : Vipul Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.
Head Office : Gurgaon, Hariana
pf. a/c no. : HR/GGN/26904/5507
Work period : FEBRUARY 2008 to MARCH 2009

My problems are as follows-

1. I cann't enquiry the epf statement for the a/c no. KN/BN/23465/528. I want to see my status as updated & also transfer the epf a/c to WB/DGP/0039116/000/0000497.( My Current EPF A/C)

2. The second thing is my EPF no. HR/GGN/26904/5507 ( now as GN/GGN/0026904/000/0005507) shows the balance as EE Amt : Rs 7715, ER Amt : Rs 2362. I want to transfer the epf a/c to WB/DGP/0039116/000/0000497.( My Current EPF A/C).

So, please suggest me solve the above said transfers. If the process can be done online?

please solve the problems & give required feed back.

The below mentioned details are I mailed to SRO Tambaram Chennai on 30.04.2011. But I did not get a solution for it. Today 07.05.2012 I checked with my previous company Saj FLight Services - Kochi and they reply that you need to go Chennai P.F office directly. Then only your PF will get.
What I need to do. Now I am in abroad.

SUB: CLAIMING OF PROVIDENT FUND DUE

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am worked with SAJ FLIGHT SERVICES, NEAR COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LTD, NEDUMBASSERY PH: 2610726 as an accountant.
My date of Leaving from SAJ FLIGHT SERVICES was 05.11.2009. On the same day I send my PF withdrawal request to our corporate office which

The PF withdrawal application is returned to me from SAJ FLIGHT SERVICES on 08.09.2010 and mentioned that “Your PF withdrawal application is returned from the PF office by specifying that you haven’t attached the bank account details” which is already I send to corporate office on 05.11.2009.

Again I gave the PF withdrawal application to SAJ FLIGHT SERVICES – COCHIN on 14.10.2010 with my SBI A/C NO: [protected] and also attached the cancelled cheque leaf.
The cheque number is 651206.

Sir/Madam I request your good office to kindly provide me my PROVIDENT FUND at the earliest and do the needful from your end.

I was working with state street syntel services pvt ltd for 2 years and due to some reason I left the company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was an employee of M/s.Bharti Airtel Services Ltd and my pf no. HR/10693/13670, Date of submission of withdrawal form May, 2010 and was received in your office on 02 June 2010.

I am submitting this request for your kind consideration and favourable orders.

Case :I have submitted the PF Settlement application on may 2010 and received by the PF office on 02 June 2010.I have received Part amount of PF in October 10 and the rest has not been received.I contacted the PF office and asked me to resubmit the application.I resubmitted the application with bank statement in Aug 11 through the company and It was received on 13-Dec-2011.It showing in the EPF web as below.

Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.

Claim ID : GNGGN[protected]
Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim

But I have not received any letter or the amount.Please advise me.

This is regarding my PF withdrawal status, my PF No.is DS/NHP/33814/44 and i have applied for withdrawal of my PF on 02/07/2009 and the claim was settled 31.08.2009 against cheque345074 dt:31.08.2009 & 362549 dt:31.08.2009. but the account number in the cheque issued by PF office was not correct so the amount was not credited in my account hence the cheque was returned back to PF office by bank.so now i filled up the ASR form on 2011 along with the statement of accounts which i got it from my bank w.e.f 31.08.2009 to 2011 and a original copy of cancelled chequed to PF office. now i have tried to call PF office & my previous Employer many times but i am not getting positive response from them.I am really helpless regarding the issue.

Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.
