Dear Sir/madm,

I have visited your baroda/Vadodara dealer M/s. Lilaram Manomal & Sons for gas stove. I bought it last year, I still have the warranty card with me. There is a leakage problem and it is very critical situation to use it. I personally went to the store again on Friday and booked compalint. They took it on a very rough page and rudely told me that the repair team will appear at my home on Sunday as they work only on Thursdays and Sundays. I believe they do not have proper staff to even talk to customer.

Firstly, they neglected me by saying come next day and complain over the phone. Well, I tried to book complain over the phone but when I did not receive proper answer, I personally visited the store and they were talking as if I am an unwanted customer who visit the store.

I do not understand why I should come back and forth to book the complain. I explained the critical thing about the situation that the gas is leaking very much. They said our repair team will come and see on sunday. I called them just before few minutes and they talked with me in absurd manner and HUNG UP THE PHONE. Moreover, they said do whatever you can but we will not support. I am afraid I am not a hard customer but now onward I will never ever buy a thing from PIGEON brand as I am convinced that you do not have proper network to provide after sales service and customer are in no man's land. Well, I want to book this complaint in consumer court and want PIGEON to take some action against such a DEALER who does not believe in customer service or after sales services. It is really a foolish answer given to me that the repair man will come to my place on TUESDAY and hung up the phone!!!

I do not understand now where to go for repair of my gas stove. I think I should buy a new one from some other brand (Definitely not PIGEON).

It is really a ridiculous answer and services given to me. I feel I am big time let down by the Dealer and their staff.

Please do the needful to save my family from an accident.

Pigeon make Gas Stove — Gas leaking from Knob

A new gas stove when connected today started leaking gas the moment it has been turned ON.Not able to use the new connection.
Model Conservo, Divya 2 burner, ignition manual.

I have purchased a gas stove which does not require a lighter to cause the flames, just a turn in the knob and the fire is there ( not sure what term that is called). Anyways one knob for the small burner is broken and i do not know where i find/get a replacement. Please send one of your staff members with a knob ( may be change both at one shot ) as it is very inconvinient to manage only with one burner. I have had no other issues with the gas stove. Looking forward to your immediate response to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance. Gerard Ellens
We bought a 4 burner stove, which pigeon represented as italian technology and so on .. but its stand (the square iron support upon which we keep the vessels) is getting bent every time, due to heat, and vessels start shaking. the service center guy came and fixed it, but it faces the same problem, once we start using it..

plz don't go for pigeon gas stoves, if you are planning to buy one. even the so called ITALIAN burner isn't working properly.

Gmatic 3 burner gas stove — Big burner and small burner problem

1. Flame from the big burner is not coming properly. It is not giving enough flame.
2. Middle burner, doesnot get on at one or two click.

The knobs of 4 burner - Auto ignition gas stove breaks frequently. I keep replacing them almost once every month. Otherwise it is ok. If you are fine with turning the knob with the help of tongs please buy it.

I had purchased two non stick pans of pegion. All of them have lost their coating in very short time. Please do not buy pegion unless you are ready to risk your money. Dealers stock it because these guys give good margin. Never had these problems with hawkins or preistage
Thank you for your feedback. Today my wife wanted to buy Pigeon Gas Stove as it looked very attractive and fortunately I took to check this out on web. I tried to visit and was not surprised to find that such web page did not exist. Now I am sure I will not buy this product.
I am based in mangalore, Karnataka. I am not able to address my complaint of the problem in my stove locally. kindly provide aggress of phone no. of the service center
I bought Pigeon Gas stove 4 burners & it is not working proparly, i gave the complaint to custmer care & they have correct it but i paid 200 rs, after 2 days again got same problem & i have called so many times, they are not responding proparly & not yet come also, So, please look into this matter & correct the same.
Same issues!! I bought it before 10 months. This is the 4th time I am repairing it 
Third time I asked to replace it, but they were not willing to do!!
These all problems are correct. We have faced this issue in pigeon stove. Its very bad quality stoves. I will suggest to everyone that if you want a safety of your family then please dont every buy any product of Pigeon.

I completely agree. I had to unnecessarily take up a gas stove from pigeon while booking gas from HP(its made mandatory so that their product gets sold). The black ring above the burner has totally melted away and they do not have the rings in stock stating that the stock has got obsolete. My gas burner is of no use nw and I am compelled to change it. Quite a disappointing thing from a brand.
Please do not buy pigeon the crystal stove is burst and non stick is very very poor the coating goes so fast. Beware crystal gets over heated and burst anytime
