[Resolved]  PNB — inordinate delay in realisation of cheques.

two cheques of Rs 10000and 5000 of SBI, BANKURA WEST BENGAL in the name of archana mandal was recd by me and deposited to PNB , Lalbazar br , sec'bad ( ap ) on 11 dec 2007 in my acct no [protected] ( of MEERUT BANK ) but could be credited to my acct only on 18 Jan 2008. Pnb MUST CLARIFY, PENALISE IT'S STAFF INEFFICIENCY OR DEFRAUDS.

I trying to withdraw some of Rs. 5100/- In HDFC Bank ATM KK Nagar Chennai on 14/08/2009. After done all the regulation the screen shows requested timeout. And my cash not received. But the amount got debited in my account. Now the date is 27/08/2009 the amount still not credited in my account. I already complaint on the very same day in your customer care. I need money urgently. So pls pls do the needful.

SBI KIKAR BAZAR BATHINDA — DELAY IN HBA LOAN

I am working in Gail india limited pata UP i have a land at Bhatinda punjab for house construction i applied for a loan at SBI Pata branch which is situated in our company in april 2009 . Pata branch send land documents to SBI Bhatinda Kiker bazar branch for legal openion or other noc but i am sorry to inform you that branch manager Mr. Jas karan is saying that this is not our work pata branch will arrange for legal openion , due to this i am not able to complete my house bulding .

Please do the needfull in this matter.

for these above account I have applied 4-5 times for the internet banking password to view & transaction to the Branch Manager. Dear Sir,
I have deposited Two cheques in my a/c [protected] named as Blazon Biotek Pvt.Ltd on 22.09.2009 for clearing on same branch but these cheques was not cleared & also not dishonoured till date.I inquired in PNB main branch modinagar, they did not resolve my problem.Due to non clearance of these cheques, I bear a lot of losses. A cheque of vat is dishonoured due to unsufficient fund on 23.09.2009, which is exactly due to the negligence of staff. Also dishonoured charges are credited by both branch(collecting & drawn).
Kindly take the action against responsible officer & clear the above cheques. Also give my losses due to this negligence.

The same thing happened with me.This kind of attitude is highly disgraceful on the part of such level of banks.help me too.
sir, i am a pensioner. i have my pension a/cno. [protected] with br. naguran, distt jind. the cheque no. 765368of rs. 71521/- for 6th pay cpc arrears to credit in my a/c was issued by air force central accounts office, new delhi and dipatched to br. manager pnb naguran, the same was recd by br. on 25/05/2009 as per the mail in register, but till today it is not credited to my a/c, in this connection i approached the br. manager and gave an application on 14/09/2009.
today i contacted him, he says that we were busy in closing. sir, it is going to be five months and i am in need of money. sir plz do something. the attitude of the br. staff is not coperative at all. they are compelling the customers to make rounds.

My mother was in receipt of her family pension from PNB Rajpura under sb a/c no [protected] . She expired on 22/09/2008. After her death i met personally to the dealing hand Mr Vohra and the branch manager several times for payment of LTA of my mother and also wrote the branch many times but even no reply has been received by me till today whereas more than one year has been passed.i think that the branch manager and dealing hand has no care about the persons who requests them many times for their work. They should inform me about the progress in case with a copy to me.

PNB,Saving Account — not proper response from the branch or zonal office of the bank

i had withdrawn the amount of 23000 thousand fron the citibank atm on the 28th of august but i have not received the cash.and till date bank is not supporting me and not giving any satisfactory reason or answer.

i was withdrawing 7000 rupees from SBI ATM, Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 15 Oct 09, using pnb atm card but no trasition was done. the same amount was debited from my account No [protected]. I meet to SBI manager (Gandhi Nager Jammu) he told me go to the PNB Bank where you holding the account . i meet Bank Manager Pnb Babina he told me wait for 48 hrs the above amount will automatilly cradit in your account. but no further action have been made pnb bracnch.
therefore i request your kind houner to take appropriated action.

I have an account in HDFC bank having account no [protected]. I have posted a Cheque in March 2009 to PNB for transferring the monthly rent but the Cheque was processed in Oct 2009 and at that time I was not having sufficient money in my HDFC account so the Cheque was returned. I want to know the reason for this delay.

उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है की जोधपुर में आपकी शाखा शास्त्री नगर में कैश काउंटर पर बेठने वाले कर्मचारी श्री त्रिलोक वैष्णव द्वारा दुर्व्यवहार किया जा रहा है. मैं दिनांक २८-१०-२००९ को सुबह ११:३० पर अपने खाते में ४०००/- कैश जमा करने गया तो मैंने श्री त्रिलोक वैष्णव से निवेदन किया की मेरे जमा कराये जा रहे पैसो की प्रविष्टि मेरे खाते में शीघ्र कर दे क्यूंकि मुझे ऑनलाइन रेलवे रेसर्वेशन करवाना है. जब दोपहर ३ बजे तक मेरे खाते में पैसे नहीं आये तो मैंने श्री त्रिलोक वैष्णव से कहा की मेरे खाते में अभी तक पैसे क्यूँ नहीं आये तो वो मुझे झल्ला के बोले की तुम्हारे स्पेशल के लिए में पहले एंट्री नहीं करता. हमारे पास और भी बहुत काम है. हम सिर्फ तुम्हारे लिए नहीं बैठे है. जब मैंने उनसे कहा की आप ऐसे क्यूँ बात कर रहे हो तो वोह बोले की तू कर क्या लेगा अगर मैं ऐसे बात करूँगा तो. मैंने कहा की में अपने सारे खाते यहाँ बंद करवा दूंगा और आपकी शिकायत कर दूंगा . तो वो बोले की करवा दो यहाँ किसको फर्क पड़ता है और तू ज्यादा मत बोल नहीं तो अच्छा नहीं होगा.
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की श्री त्रिलोक वैष्णव की विरूद्व कारवाही की जावे ताकि भविष्य में कभी किसी भी कस्टमर को ऐसी परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े.

I have tried to withdraw an amount of 8000 from an ATM machine
but I received only 4000/- but when I chek my balance, My balance show 8000/- transaction on that time.

So I request you please solv my problem.
Sir, I Have a loan account in ur Bank of sahibabad(UP).Now i m living in Bareilly(UP). I have deposited 25000 Rs from pnb (Shymatganj branch-Bareilly) in my loan account today 2dec, 09 but branch has taken extra 15/-Rupees surcharge for deposit the money. I qureed for them they told me cash handling charge.But previous deposits from other branch no any extra charge have taken.
I want to know it is right or wrong.If wrong please take action againest branch and oblige to be on my E.Mail.
