sir mera a/c yamuna nagar modeltown branch ka hai, sabse badi problem yaha ye hai ki pnb ki atm machines 1 week me 3-4 din to khrab hi rehti hai, or ynr me pnb ki 3 machines hai, sabhi machines ek hi time par dead ho jati hai agar bank me jao to unka behaviour itna rude hota hai ki kya bataye., .,

sir the gonda atm is always not working properly so take some action againts gonda branch

i have not use this account for last 16-18 months now when i operated this account by ATM card this is only working for balance enquiry. when i go to money transaction its shown the your card is block.

Kindly solve my probelem

Now I am working in Gujarat Bharuch I will mate their branch person but he can not help me

Dear Sir Or Mam I have A/c with pnb( Account No.[protected]), Sector 14 branch Sonipat (Haryana).Today i have really shocked when i withdew 4000/-from your Sector-14 ATM But i have get only 3800/- that time guard also present their its also shoched .So please help me ?

Sir my user id and password both has been expired for internet banking so sir please give me new user id nd password...!
Its true that in some branches service in PNB is very bad. Like in our City Rampura Phul District Bathinda Punjab. ATM machine is working only two or three fays in week. If we go to employees for asking about working of ATM Machines. They treat us like a labour. Reply of Manager is " My employees are not under my control"...So how PNB can think that they will stand for long time in this compititive market.
Sub: Complaint of debiting Rs.2000/- against failed transaction.

I am operating S.B. Account No.[protected] with PNB, Delhi Cantonment Branch. My ATM Card No. is[protected].

I had operated ATM at Subzi Mandi, Delhi on 01.10.2008 (4 times) to take out Rs.8, 000/- to meet my urgent requirement @ Rs.2, 000/- per transaction.

I could get Rs.6, 000/- against 3 l transactions performed successfully but unfortunately one transaction out of four could not materialize but amount of Rs.2, 000/- was wrongly debited to my captioned account.

I had immediately lodged complaint with PNB, Gulabi Bagh on 01.10.2008 under whose jurisdiction ATM, Subzi Mandi falls. My complaint No. is 869.

I was assured that the amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction of Rs.2, 000/- would be credited back to my captioned account at the earliest but regret to point out that despite repeated requests nothing has been done in the matter even after a lapse of more than 2 months causing mental tension, humiliation and harassment.

I request you to kindly look into my grievance so that amount of Rs.2, 000/- wrongly debited to my captioned SB Account could be credited back immediately and position intimated to me.

I hope to get reply on priority.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i am maintaining i savings account with your bank. On 1st of April 2009 i tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 6000/- through SBI ATM Near Kamani Centre, Bistupuir, Jamshedpur but the transaction was unable to process even then my account was debitd with the amount. My account is at Adityapur Branch, Jamshedpur but when i went there to make a complain they are not paying attention to my words. I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs.1500/- through HDFC ATM located phase-5 mohali.Transaction under process was on screen but this is matter of surprised neither transaction slip nor Rs 1500/-were came out but my a/c was debited with the amount. plz take action & remburse me the amount Rs 1500/-.

I have given an application regarding the same to the PNB, ellora pk but they arent paying attention to it. in fact they are telling me to go and complain to the Hdfc bank where actually i do not have an account. am i supposed to go and complain there.
As it came in the news paper. this kind of debit entry should be reversed in 24 hours but 20 days have passed and no action has been taken.
I am highly disappointed with such cold attitude of the staff in PNB.
Kindly credit my A/c with RS 7000/-.

Respected Sir,
I Bhunendra Nagi, Gautam Nagar, new Delhi. i made a transition on last 8th jun from PNB yusuf sari ATM but i could not get the money. & on that time i was trying to transition by my SBI account ATM. & after few days i got information from my respective bank that you made a transition from PNB Bank on 8th of Jun RS. 2000/- & you will have to pay this amount to the bank. then i made that payment to the bank. & i complaint both bank regarding the this technological fault but no bank care about it.
sir/madam it is my humble request to u that plz do something in this case, plz help this poor student. & request u to make a particular guideline to the bank like these type of cases to fix it with in the given time.

There are two machines in ATM situated in PNB, Vikas Puri Branch at A-9 and it's ATM machine code no. is D1-161000. I gave command to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- through ATM but neither receipt nor money came out. Somone told me that it is faulty. After that I went to nearby another ATM of PNB at the same place and I withdrew Rs. 10, 000 on 01 oct 2009 at 5.45 p.m. when I got ATM slip from ATM machine the amount debited was Rs. 10, 000/- twice means total 20, 000/- Rs. got debited from my account. So it is requested to concern authorities please correct the entry because actually I have got Rs. 10, 000/- only. My PNB A/c No. is [protected] in the name of Ravi Kumar Bhatia, Branch Gopi Nath Bazar, Delhi Cantt.-10.

I have A/c with pnb( current Account No.[protected]), sec 12 noida, On[protected] have really shocked when i withdew 20000 /-from your Sector-12 ATM/CWDR/D146 near metro hospital But i have get only 10000/- i really got shoched at that time. 20000 has been deducted from my Current Balance. But I didn, t got my rest of balance(10000) please help me ?

I was withdrawing 7000 rupees from SBI ATM, Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 15 Oct 09, using pnb atm card but no trasition was done. the same amount was debited from my account No [protected]. I meet to SBI manager (Gandhi Nager Jammu) he told me go to the PNB Bank where you holding the account . i meet Bank Manager Pnb Babina he told me wait for 48 hrs the above amount will automatilly cradit in your account. but no further action have been made pnb bracnch.
therefore i request your kind houner to take appropriated action.

I have a savings bank a/c in PNB Delhi Cantt Branch. As was awy from Delhi, the acct became in operative.
I am in Nagpur, I went to PNB Nagpur to withdraw the money to reactivate the account. But it was not possible to withdraw the money. I have been telephoning to PNB Delhi Cantt branch on telephone numbers[protected] / 92835. The telephone rings but no one answers the Phone. O[protected] I get only the FAx tone.
I would be grateful if PNB Delhi Cantt responds to me on my E Mail or phone[protected], so that I can get in touch with them and reactivate my savigs account

Dear Sir,

My Wife has a salary account in your Indore branch and Account No is [protected]. On 14th of this month I tried to withdrawal Rs. 3000 from IDBI and HDFC ATM, but every time it says some server problem contact to your bank, then after some time I withdrawal the same amount from PNB ATM and that time I saw my statement then come to know that the is a debit amount of Rs. 3000/-. I contact to custmercare immidiatly and launched the complaint, they had given me the complaiment No. 2075775 dt 14.10.2009 atappox 10.30 PM.

Custmercare said me that within 48 hours U will get the massage on Mobile and credited to your account. On 21st I again contact to custmercare regarding my complaint but they said it will take 12 working days to solved your querry.

Sir Still I M not able to know what is the status of my compalint ?
I have an salary accont & the account nos. is [protected], in PNB, Sanghera Raikot Road, Barnala.

Today I have to operate My ATM to withdraw 4000/- in Jasoor Himachal Pardesh, the amount has been not received by me & Deduction has been done from my account.

Kindly credir of Rs.4000/- in my account
