[Resolved]  Postpaid — billing problem

plz arrange for my bill to sent through my EMAIL ID i spoke to u customer care they are not responding me properly i hate the vodafone services plz let now the conformation from you are side

Post Paid — payment made but not given credit

I had made payment on 17th Nov. 08 vide cheque no. 038595 drawn in favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd for a sum of Rs.459 towards the payment for Nov bill. To my surprise I have neither recieved confirmation nor communication. There after I recieved a call stating that Iam due . Kindly, look into the matter.

Are you pre-paid or post-paid ?
