[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — Dog in vodafone advertisement means customer.

Believe it or not but it is true that there is hell of a lot difference between Vodafone (England or out side India) and Vodafone India,
Vodafone outside India grew adapting global mantra of, customer is the king and became No 1 company. Surprisingly in India they adopted century old attitude of Britishers ie. 2nd citizen and this reflects clearly in there attitude. I opted for Vodafone post paid connection (Delhi), unfortunately, discarding all other service providers. I was contacted by Matrix Cellular service, partner of Vodafone in providing services connection and collections; I had to call their sales person two three times for meeting, though the concern person came but gave a very tiring gesture and ask for documents. I provided all the documents and next day by evening I got a post paid chip (all other service provider give sim card on same day, and sales person assured me that connection will start in 24 hrs normally all other companies start in 4 hrs, I waited eagerly and next day they told me to wait for another 24 hrs and next day when I got furious they revealed me that there is some problem in documentation and it happened because of negligence from there end.
Every day like a dog in Vodafone advertisement I am chasing matrix or Vodafone for getting connection. I went to Vodafone because of their commitment for customer care shown in advertisement but things are just sarkari and opposite there. In stiff competition scenario Vodafone or matrix is least bothered about customer. I felt distressed and wrote a complaint. If matrix is not capable enough to provide services why the Vodafone has partnered them for services. There are other companies than matrix which are more committed and capable of providing better services Vodafone should go to more mature company than matrix or at least check the mess spreading out of matrix . My personal experience is so bitter that I swear upon god not to buy anything of Vodafone.
