[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Delivered to a wrong address and no proper response

There was a courier was addressed to me(Chennai).
The address specified was correct and it is an official address and I had received my couriers in the same address earlier.But on that specific date, it was an urgent document(which I was supposed to submit the same day), but I did not receive it even after 2 days.(I wasssss trusting and Preferring PROFESSIONAL to other couriers for safe and speedy delivery)

The first day they said it must be some delay as the previous day was a government holiday.then when I inquired, in the sender office they said that they contacted the Chennai office and it has been delivered in the given address.

At last after constant bugging of the service people found it has been delivered to our other office which was just inaugurated the previous day.

the highlight is that the customer care executive(Chennai[protected] who spoke to me said it is you who must've specified that address and that 's why it is delivered in that address and there is no fault o[censored]s.

Since it was a new office I do not know the postal address of that office and then how come would I give that address to my sender.

When I asked this he shouted at me saying ask the sender to call me, I'll speak to them and not to you.

I was irritated to the core...

Still since there is no one to send the courier from that office(guindy) to my office(Mount road) I still did not receive the document which was sent 5 days back
