This parcel delivered to given address on 9th, but you will be disappoint to know that this box received in totally damaged form and all items being steeled, only one laddu was received by receiver.

Till date consignment not received by me.
I was contact to Nanded, Delhi, Jalandhr & Hoshiarpur office time to time.
From Delhi office I got information that It was forwaded from delhi to Hoshiarpur against manifest No - MDEL 23938 Dt 12.08.08.
But no one is taking responsibilty of consignment & Blemming each office.
Please suggest what can I Do? Consigment content my important documents.

I have to get an NOC from ARTO Ooty which has been despatched to me by Professional Couriers Coonoor Tamilnadu. Despatched on 20 Aug, consignment Number CNR 2015467, I tried to check up whether the letter has reached Pune, on 25 AUG after repeated calls to the Main Office in Pune, I was told by the woman on the telephone from the Main Office to check up from their Pune Camp office, this was at 1030. I was told by the Pune Camp office that they need time since the mail bag had just arrived. At 1130 they told me that the letter has not reached them. The Coonoor office, told us that the letter was already in Pune on 22 Aug. Again after repeated calls to the Main Office I was told by the woman attending the phone that she could not trace the letter, I told her that the Coonoor office is sure that the letter is in Pune, I was told to call up after one hour. I did so, she finally told me she has tracked the letter and it has reached on 22 Aug as per the computer but she will have to check physically. She said she will call me up after 30 mins, she did not do so for one hour, so I again called and she said that the delivery boys are not present so it cannot be delivered, and that the office on DP road is not responsible for delivery of the letter in Camp. I told her, I have to catch a train so I need the letter urgently, which office is responsible is not my problem it is the company's problem; she said she will call up after 30 mins, no call again. I called, no answer as to when the letter will be delivered, she now said she wants 15 mins to trace the letter. What is this? Are these Professional Couriers or are they novices? The telephone numbers seem to have changed or are not functional, God only knows what is the truth. Strict action should be taken.

i sent a parcel From Delhi - Budh vihar to Delhi - Model Town -II on 08/08/2008. the parcel reached at destination on 09/08/2008. Fortunately the person opened the parcel in front of the courier delivery person and he found only empty box. the item hasbeen stolen . Who can steal the item from parcel when the parcel hasbeen in the hands of persons of PROFESSIONAL COURIER.

they not responding. Even the franchisee VINOD Kumar's at T-Block, Mangolpuri, Delhi. He is saying, " we can do nothing. next time you pack the item in cloth & seal it"
My 2 parcels are reported to me empty and 4 are still missing since 25/07/2008. uptill now 15/08/2008.
i have stopped sending Documents & parcels through professional couriers since 11/08/2008.
can any one suggest what to do now ???

This is to bring to your notice that customers are being cheated by Profeesional Courier people. A courier sent from Banglore to Meerut(U.P.) didn't got delivered. I tried to track my courier and finally found that my courier was lying with Meerut(U.P.) Professional Courier people for last 14 days and despite of me calling several times in the courier office of Professional Courier(Meerut) that never not got delivered.
This is either cheating or irresponsibility because there's nobody to check whether service providers are actually delivering the posts or not. There can be many more couriers which people sent to somebody without their notice and the post finally lies with the mercy of service providers whether they want to deliver it or not. I have tried to search people in professional courier site (tpcindia.com) to file a legal complain against this but it's interesting to see that there's no place or phonenumber or emailid provided to put on grievances. I even called customer service and all top officials in Professional Courier but noone was bothered. It seems they have opened up money collection offices where people come with their important posts thinking it will get delivered in time with safety but professional courier people collects the money for their serivce and through away their post.

I have Sent one Parcel from Banjara Hills, Hyderabad to Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, containing Dress Material as gift worth Rs.800/- to my Brother-in-law (for his daughter) vide Consignment No.HYD07989749 dated 24.07.08 and paid Rs.90/- for 2 kgs. weight as asked by them. The Parcel contains 4 sets of Dress Material. I have not mentioned that in the Declaration. I have only mentioned Dress Material worth Rs.800/- As per their guidance I have made it stitched in a cloth cover also. The Parcel was received by my brother-in-law and sister. The cover is in good conditon means outside stitched but inside material is not as arranged by me and only 2 (two) sets of dress material is there instead of 4(four) sets of dress material. They called me and asking how many you sent. I told four - green, blue, pink, and yellow. They shocked and told only two - green and blue there, no pink and yellow.

For everybody's surprise they are our company's regular courier service personnel, daily they pick-up and deliver covers. With that confidence I gave them.

When I called their office the girl who lifted the phone asking me four dresses worth Rs.800/- is it? each dress Rs.200/- ? Rs.200/- or Rs.50/- that is not the matter. I gave you a parcel which contains dress material, you agreed to deliver at a cost of Rs.90/- I paid the money. So you have to deliver the goods as it is. Stealing is not your business. Is n't it?

I told that girl and even their branch incharge that I will make it deducted from their courier bill of our company. The branch incharge denying and telling that is credit and yours is cash. How can it be? You are providing service to our company in confidence that they will pay money. But we have paid you cash in confidence on your company - Professional Couriers. But you and your Company failed to keep our trust any more. I shout and tell the whole world not to trust your company - Professional Couriers - Stealing Company.

One Consignment has been booked from Chennai D.#[protected] to Nasik by professional courier.

I have been calling their Nasik Office from last three days and reason for non delivery is something AWESOME. THEY DONT have a delivery Boy.

The limit is today, the phone is switched off.

I sent Courier to Navsari, gujarat. from Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 10th. Courier contained Credit Card. But that courier was not reached at mentioned location. And I came to know from bank that credit card was used on 12th and 13th. Its means some body open it and used it.

So now i am confused, please let me know what should i do?

i have booked a consignment frm Mumbai to my home town on june 30 -08 with docket number[protected], has delayed till 13 july 08 and the responsible peoples were not able to give details abt the status of consignment.

I HAVE BOOKED A CONSIGNMENT ON 13/06/2008 FROM PROFESSIONAL COURIER OFFICE AT JYOTHI NAGAR, NTPC-RAMGUNDAM, ANDHRA PRADESH TO TRIVANDRUM, KERALA. AS PER THE OFFICIAL IN THE OFFICE, HE PROMISED THE DELIVERY BEFORE 4 DAYS AND COLLECTED THE AMOUNT OF RS. 25/-

THE CONSIGNMENT NO. IS GDK199192

AFTER 20 DAYS PERIOD, AS THE CONSIGNMENT WAS NOT RECEIVED TO THE DESTINATION, ON ENQUIRY AT THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL COURIER, THEY HAVE RETURNED THE CONSIGNMENT STATING NO REASON AND ALSO DEMANDED IN RETURN EXTRA CHARGES. NO DETAILS WAS WRITTEN STATING THE REASON OF NON DELIVERY. IN ADDITION, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR INFORMATION IS THAT THE COVER WAS OPENED AND A CHOCOLATE WAS REMOVED FROM THE CONSIGNMENT.:IT IS NOT THE MATTER OF "A CHOCOLATE" BUT THE TRUST A CUSTOMER KEEPS ON A COURIER COMPANY...

A courier from your Marineline Branch was booked on 16.6.2008 under Consignment Note No. MNS 55512337 containing important documents. The documents were sent by Mr K.K.MIstry, Mumbai to Mr C.P.Shukla & Company, Lucknow. Till now neither the documents have been delivered at Lucknow nor any information about its delivery being told to us.
The required charges for your services have already been paid in cash. I have contacted your Marine. line office and discussed with Mrs Madhuri, One other Madom she did not tell her name and Mr Durai. They did not provide me any help. I also contacted your customer care and lodged complaint no.3793. I further contacted Mr Ramesh, Manager Operation and many others but all in vain.
The documents are very important and i may suffer heavy losses if not delivered within reasonable time.
Kindly urgently look into the matter and ensure delivery of documents at lucknow without any lapse of time under intimation to me.

I have sent 1 cover containing DD to my brother on[protected] vide consignment No. GDV84380 thru. your courier from Gudivada to Kolkata.
But, till date my brother not received the such cover at Kolkata. This is very urgent to my brother. We several times enquired at your Gudivada Branch they are answering very Badly.
Please let us tell me the position of my consignment.

I sent a cover containing DD to my brother to Kolkata on 14.06.2008 vide Consignment No. GDV84380 through Professional Courier Agency, Gudivada, A.P., India; The Cover did not reach the addressee even after the lapse of 10days time; Whereas, whenever I contacted the Gudivada and Kolkata Professional Courier administrators, they did not respond agianst my complaint, this may be noted;

My brother had booked a parcel on 4/6/8 from Professional Courier Raipur, to be sent to me to Panvel, Mumbai containing 2 sarees, one shirt, coffee packet and a small silver anklet (payal) of my daughter. When we receievd the parcel here, one saree and silver payal was missing from it. Though the packet seemed intact, may be it was sealed again tactfully.

when asked in the courier office, people over there are dilly dallying .
What can i do to get my things back ?

A packet consisting of 2 T-shirts for personal usage with proper declaration was sent to Delhi from Coimbatore vide their receipt number 12824224 dt 12th May 2008. The same was not delivered so far. On cross checking with them they first said, they are checking & they will come back as their delhi office claims that this has not rcd at their end. After 2 days when there was no call from them we again called & they said this parcel has not reached delhi & they are checking en-route places & if still they are not able to locate they will call & arrange for suitable compensation. Again 2 to 3 days there was no response then we went in person to meet their manager at Coimbatore HO. He said this parcel seems to have lost as they are not able to trace it. He further added that one or two cases like this happens regularly. When asked what next to be done as the said parcel was very valauable for us & was sent for an occasion, he replied that his MD is out of station & when he returns he will discuss & call back with amicable solution. This was suppose to happen within this week & till now there is no response from them. More than the money, at times there are sentimental values involved. It becomes difficult to express such the feelings. How to make them responsible for their business...

i'd booked a packet worth Rs 1000 by professiona courier in bangalore to bihar on 24th may but the packet is missing now.Now they are telling that they cant do anythng when i called to bangalore no. on[protected].My consignment no. is BLR16136907.
I think Professional courier is thief they stolen my packet. very worse service...

as per the above subject i sent my application for UGC NET on 28th april 2008 by professional courier (umbergaon) to the ragistrar HNB garhwal university shrinagar (paurigarhwal) uttaranchal, last date of application was 2nd may 2008, 4 days were remain to submit the application, i was personally came the courier office and personally checked the branchlist, which is available at the destination point, i was requested to the office staff that it should be reached on or before 2nd may, so he was stamped most urgent on the envelope,
after that in the may last i was booked ticket from mumbai to delhi for 13 june, i was sure that my admit card willl be reach within 2 to 4 days, i purchased the ugc net book online and preparing for exam, but on sunday 1st june courier person came and returned the application me, he was saying that no any srinagar in the uttranchal and your courier is returned back,
i am very shocked and argue the courier person he lost my 6 month time i am very upset and now i want to take action behalf of professional courier for their irresponsibility
