Document not Delivered / Unprofessional Attitude

I Had couriered a document to Kerala on the 11th of April 2008 and was promised that the document will reach on the 14th of April 2008, the date i intended it to reach . I sent a parcel containing FastTrack wrist watch & Few CDs to Bhopal from Bangalore through “The Professional Couriers” – Bangalore ( Vignan Nagar Branch) and parcel worth around 1720, moreover, those CDs consists of some valuable data. Delay in Delivery-poor response from customer complaint cell

We booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Banglore on 28th of Feb, which was supposed to be delivered at Banglore on 29th of Feb. But it was deliered on 4th March only. When any clarification/query made with the customer care representative at the complaint cell at cochin-it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing...

not delivered properly

my friend sent me a courier.it contains shoe.My courier number is [protected].its worth rs.1000 . It was sent before 10(approximate)days. I didnot recieve my courier still.It was sent from trichy to chennai.please let me know whats the reason....

bad/no delivery

I sent some documents and a DD for the Exam/Registration fees which is worth of Rs 20000.00. Ref No: BLR31680239. This was sent on 19th Dec 2007 from Bangalore to Pilani, Rajashthan. Unfortunately it didn't reach there and because of that I lost one year in the course as well. When I enquired the Professional Courier (location: Jp nagar, Bangalore, near Ragighutta) he said that it was returned but he didn't give the envelope back...

Undelivered the envelope

Hi,

I had sent one envolope on 24/01/2008 to the following adress from RT Nagar Branch whose cosignmentment number is BLR16557071. but when I am trying to track it in NET from the URL(http://www.tpcindia.com/Track.asp) , it shows the error "Sorry Details of Consignment No: BLR16557071 is not updated ".

Hence, May I know the reason why it got dalayed of reaching to the destination, also why it is...
