[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — non delivery of courier and making loss to client

Pathetic Response from professional Courier on the issue.

Never gonna use professional courier ever again.
and i m going to complaint about the problems faced by me in consumer forum regarding the courier issue.

I had booked a courier from Pondichery to Sirsa from professional couriers on 4th Feb 2011.
The courier status on your website still shows transit.
The courier was addressed to Sirsa(haryana) but it was dispatched to Hissar(haryana) by your Delhi office.

The professional couriers Hissar branch (Mr. Verma, Phn:-[protected]) has confirmed me that they had returned the courier back to delhi office(mahipal pur branch) on 7th Feb 2011. Mr Umesh (phn:-[protected]) at Delhi mahipal pur office confirms the receiving of the document back from hissar to Delhi airport.the same was confirmed by Mr. Bhupesh ( Customer care, delhi).

The operation manger at Mahipal Pur Office Mr. Shinda Mathur(phn:-[protected]) told that the receiving of the document is there with them at Mahipal Pur Office. But they do not have the document with them.

I had been tracing this document since last 3 days and had been in great trouble as no solid reply has been given to me neither the document had been delivered yet.

I had attached a copy of the receiving of the document at Delhi Mahipal pur office. But the document is not there.

Please look into the matter and confirm the Document ASAP otherwise i had to complaint against Professional courier for the lost of document.

The addressee address on the envelop is as follows:

Dist Sirsa, Haryana.

The Dockit number for the Courier is PON7992107.
Manifest Number -79280.

Please confirm the location of the courier ASAP
Please close the customer issue within 24 hours.
