Pathetic Response from professional Courier on the issue.

Never gonna use professional courier ever again.
and i m going to complaint about the problems faced by me in consumer forum regarding the courier issue.

Dear Sir/Mam,

Oe of our vendor booked some tiem for supply at Durgapur-03. M/s Professional Courier without checking whether they serve that area or not accepted the parcel on 06.01.2011 from New Delhi, vide their docket no. DEL12025329. The parcel was 17 kg of weight for which they are charging almost Rs. 80/- per kg.

The courier company didn't whether the road permit was properly filled up or not and the material got ceased by Sales tax authorities. However, we paid the penalty on 01.02.2011. They sent the material to Durgapur which reached there on 04.02.2011. However, they representative did not give delivery saying that the area where we are situated is not not served by them. Hence, we had to take the delivery on our own.

We have substantialy lost money on account of carelessness of the courier company. I would like to inform you that people opt for courier services so that they can save on time and get early delivery. But in this case they totally failed.

We think we should be compensated for the loss and refunded the exhorbitant charges that we paid for transportation.

Hi,

I have booked a pracel from Chennai , Ramapuram location of weight 1.7 kgs to Hydrebad location and filled invoice of 1 Patu Saree , 1 Patu Pavadi and 2 baby dresses and received a parcel at hyderabad , they have cut the parcel from one end removed the Saree and packed again and delivered without acknowledgement and delivery boy run away, After opening the parcel saree was missing , after call them many times and give the complaint , no one is least bothered and they have edited the invoice. Customer care Mgr Mr Sampath is not responding to any of the mails sent.

Now am going to book police complaint and give it to the new paper , so that no one uses the Professional courier and keep them into trouble.

One cover having professional courier consignment no. SPK 48440 was sent to Mr. Shesh Kumar Singh ( [protected]) Lucknow, on 08/01/2011 through Sarapaka professional courier office. However after continuous follow-up and repeated reminders to Mr. Vijay (Cell : [protected]), he could not update the status and is not responding also.

Unable to understand how M/s Professional being one of the respectable organization is unable to deliver the items even after 3 weeks and is not in a position to trace the same. There request you to kindly look into this particular case and let us knwo the action being taken in this regard.

M/s Maruthi Scientific I.P. had booked a parcel by air through The Professional Courier on 31.1.2011 at 1754 hours from Chennai to Hyderabad vide consignment note no. MAA[protected]. At the time of booking the rep was assured that the parcel would reach Hyderabad by 10 AM on the following day (01.2.2011). The website showed that the package had been dispatched on 31.1.2011 at about 10 PM. However some time later the website showed the status as dispatch from Chennai at 11 AM on 01.02.2011. Either way the package should have reached Hyderabad on 01.02.2011. In fact at 6 PM on 01.02.2011 when the consignor checked with the booking office of Proffessional COurier, he was told that the package had already reached Hyderabad in the afternoon. In fact, he gave the address of the regional office at Hyderabad and tried to pass it off as the collection centre. However, when we checked at Hyderabad, there was no sign of the package. The company should name itself as Unprofessional Courier as not only are they unable to carry out their business in a professional manner, but they also lie.

I had sent a courier from Bangalore to Pune through Professional couriers on the 21st January 2011 and the courier has still not reached its destination in Pune. There have been many reminders and calls from my side but did not get any satisfactory response. Also the numbers that they provide of offices in Pune do not go through. I have lodged complaints through voice and mails also but till dat e have not found any solution.

The POD number is BLR[protected].

Need an urgent revert from the company as they are not getting back with any details.

I had sent a Bag to Belthangady, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka on 14/01/2011 Friday.
But it had reached the BAILHONGAL,BELGAUM, HAVERI on Jan 17 2011....!

Did enquire with the your organization fellows regarding this, but it did not make any difference.
Even following it up from last four days the bag is still at wrong destination.

Tried Calling the Bangalore Customer Care ::

[protected] == > Busy from last four days..!(Called 23 times)
[protected] == > Nobody receives the call..!(Called 23 times)
[protected] == > Nobody receives the call..!(Called 27 times)

After repeatedly trying form last four days a lady a received a call ([protected] ) and promised me that she will get back to after an hour.
Then after i keep trying to contact them nobody receives the call..! . She had not even given me the complaint number.

Filled a customer online request (http://www.tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx ), nothing have moved even an inch.

The complaint has been logged regarding this issue on Monday(Complaint Number: 2687), nobody got back to me on this; at least for namesake .

I had sent mail to following id of Bangalore branch , no response.

Been visiting personally to Bangalore Branch (Marathahalli) from last four days , no use..!

Never expected such a bad service from so reputed organization.

'We use courier for faster service, if it is not reaching the nearer destination with in week (Promised to reach within 3 days) it does not make sense'

Dear All,

I done my biggest mistake in my life by sending some urgent papers through " Professional Courier". I think except name there is nothing professional in their conduct. Even after trying for hours I was not able to talk to their customer care. The document which they promise to deliver in 24 or maximum 48 hrs took more than 4 days and still i am not sure when it is going to deliver.

Their order tracking system is bizzare, it updates status without any logic. In 4 hours it changed status from deliverd to In transit to delivered and again In transit.

Just to remind my fellow countrymen beware of this fraudster who cliams to be professional.

Its cheap and i[censored] want to use their service send mails which you wish to be delivered in time which nowadays Indian Postal office dont take.

i have sent a courier from chennai kk-nagar to thoothukudi dist Anbinnagaram on[protected] but till now it did not reach the address..,
i called kk nagar courier office & enquired abt my courier (receipt number[protected] , they directed me to valliyoor office( contact number [protected], again they redirected to Thisayanvillai([protected]). When i called thisayanvillai office, i did not get proper response from them. I have been struggling get my couier back in the destination. Sometimes courier office even say that they will deliver the courier, only when they get 10 courier to deliver. Is this the way you work?.. This is the third time i am facing these kind of delays in your courier. Especially when i am sending it via Thisayanvillai office, it is getting delayed and nobody is responding . can you follow it with my courier and let me know the status.If i do not get response from you guys by tommrow, i will be registering a case against your service. If you cannot give 100% service, Close your business..

The parcel which has been given to the professional courier, to delhi has been mmissed out from the party side. Have been. Waited for 7 days there is no response from them. Have follow up with them through telephone for two days more than 10 times have caled courrier there we didn't get any proper response. Even personal visit also didn't go. Through. The response which we received from them it is not at all happy. Finally we come out from there. The toket number is ASD15949

My name is Navaneeth.I had one of the worst experiences of my life when i sent one of my important documents through Professional couriers(Consignment number; KDG[protected]. I had to send these documents from Thrissur to Bangalore on 29/12/10, hoping that 'The Professional couriers' would deliver it to me in time. But, when I called the Kodungallur, Kerala collection centre of professional courier on 3/01/2011, they replied to me in rather 'Unprofessional' way. They told me that my courier which was to be delivered to me at my Bangalore address had been 'accidentally' sent to Chennai. Since my Bangalore address was written clearly on the parcel, I seriously doubt whether 'Professional courier employs some illiterate people in their branches/collection centres. Again I called the Kodungallur branch number and told me that they will trace it and tell me after some time. When called again the People in the Kodungallur Branch told me that they would call me back and tell me the details of my courier. Then they told me to call the ITPL, Bangalore Branch.

Since I did not get any reply after one day, I called the Bangalore branch. One Lady Named Ms.Sunitha picked up my call. When I asked her about my parcel she replied to me in rude and unprofessional way. She told me that the courier was received by the ITPL, Bangalore Branch on Saturday(1/1/2011) and it will be only delivered when they have delivery boys. I don't know how 'The Professional courier' manages to deliver the consignments without even a deliver boy in the area. If my parcel was delivered at the ITPL branch on Saturday(1/1/2011), it should have been at least informed to me. When I asked Ms.Sunitha on why they had not informed me regarding my courier, she told me that professional couriers does not call any customer over phone regarding their consignments.

I would like to know from TPC on what responsibility, you take on my consignments if you don't even inform about the status of my courier??? With her reply on the phone I got a feeling that you don't respect my 'Right to information'. Till date I have not received my parcel. Today the date is 5/1/2011.When I tracked it on the TPC website it shows - 'In Transit'. TPC has proved two thing here - 1)They are 'The Unprofessional courier' 2) The 'worst' courier in India.

I had sent 2 couriers which were crucial reports to my client which is one of the nationalised banks through Professional Couriers.However it was never delivered. On the top of it when I enquired I was told that they have lost my reports. All the calls to their 24 hour helpline and mails are left unanswered.I have got no response from them.

This is pathetic. My clients are yelling at me. They think I have delayed the report which was to be sent before deadline. i have not only lost money but also reputation.

I have sent an important document by Professional Couriers on 22nd October 2010 to our Delhi Office. This was delivered on 26th October as per Courier company reply. when we enquired at the addressee , it has come to our notice that the same has not received there. After two months time it is came to our notice that the same has been delivered to some other Office at Delhi. The delivered address is shown in the yellow copy which we have got it from the Courier Office. We have complained to the office many times. but after a week there is no reply to us. It was an important document including passport etc for Visa stamping at Delhi. They are not giving a proper reply to our enquiry. We need the courier back at the earliest for a speedy action.

Courier Service is like fast and Deliver as soon. But Professional Courier Staffs ( Tiruchengode Branch ) are pick up delay dispatch delay deliver delay. When make a call to office know one attend the phone.[protected] 51280 ) . Please take immediate action this type of issue.

I didn't received the parcel yet. I have contacted at your Cochin parcel office many times. And they are saying that the parcel has noted here as received but they could not find it where it is and still they are searching. How long will you take to find it? Further more I contacted the in-charge of the Cochin office,but he is behaving in an irresponsible manner. What kind of "Professionalism" is this? Is this the way you are caring your customers?

I want to know what happened to my parcel and what you people are going to do if you can't find it.

I have received a courier today in professional courier and there are 5 items missing.... I am staying in electronic city.... the Number of this consignment is BLR[protected]..... Now i have already opened the courier and those people are saying that it is not our responsible as you have opened the courier... and one more thing is without opening the parcel how can i find the missing items....... what is the actual procedure to deliver courier and receive the courier....... could some one help me in this regards..... if i want to file a case what is the possible option and how to file a case and where to file a case......... I can't leave this matter like this as it is the starting of my business..... in future i am going to do more business like this..... this time the misssing items rate is around 2000 rupees.... in future it will be more......

My mom has sent me a parcel, containing tablets and nokia BH-217 blue-tooth on dec 1st from bangalore, with a sealed stitched parcel, i got a call from pick up point in mangalagiri, that they received the courier and asked me to come and take, as soon as i received, i checked nothing was there inside except an empty box, i asked the incharge person he told i m nt responsible for this, later i called mumbai,hyderabad,bangalore, none is taking the responsibility of the lost good, i feel ashamed of the professional courier such mere stealing is going on.
