i have sent a courier from chennai kk-nagar to thoothukudi dist Anbinnagaram on[protected] but till now it did not reach the address..,
i called kk nagar courier office & enquired abt my courier (receipt number[protected] , they directed me to valliyoor office( contact number [protected], again they redirected to Thisayanvillai([protected]). When i called thisayanvillai office, i did not get proper response from them. I have been struggling get my couier back in the destination. Sometimes courier office even say that they will deliver the courier, only when they get 10 courier to deliver. Is this the way you work?.. This is the third time i am facing these kind of delays in your courier. Especially when i am sending it via Thisayanvillai office, it is getting delayed and nobody is responding . can you follow it with my courier and let me know the status.If i do not get response from you guys by tommrow, i will be registering a case against your service. If you cannot give 100% service, Close your business..

The parcel which has been given to the professional courier, to delhi has been mmissed out from the party side. Have been. Waited for 7 days there is no response from them. Have follow up with them through telephone for two days more than 10 times have caled courrier there we didn't get any proper response. Even personal visit also didn't go. Through. The response which we received from them it is not at all happy. Finally we come out from there. The toket number is ASD15949

My name is Navaneeth.I had one of the worst experiences of my life when i sent one of my important documents through Professional couriers(Consignment number; KDG[protected]. I had to send these documents from Thrissur to Bangalore on 29/12/10, hoping that 'The Professional couriers' would deliver it to me in time. But, when I called the Kodungallur, Kerala collection centre of professional courier on 3/01/2011, they replied to me in rather 'Unprofessional' way. They told me that my courier which was to be delivered to me at my Bangalore address had been 'accidentally' sent to Chennai. Since my Bangalore address was written clearly on the parcel, I seriously doubt whether 'Professional courier employs some illiterate people in their branches/collection centres. Again I called the Kodungallur branch number and told me that they will trace it and tell me after some time. When called again the People in the Kodungallur Branch told me that they would call me back and tell me the details of my courier. Then they told me to call the ITPL, Bangalore Branch.

Since I did not get any reply after one day, I called the Bangalore branch. One Lady Named Ms.Sunitha picked up my call. When I asked her about my parcel she replied to me in rude and unprofessional way. She told me that the courier was received by the ITPL, Bangalore Branch on Saturday(1/1/2011) and it will be only delivered when they have delivery boys. I don't know how 'The Professional courier' manages to deliver the consignments without even a deliver boy in the area. If my parcel was delivered at the ITPL branch on Saturday(1/1/2011), it should have been at least informed to me. When I asked Ms.Sunitha on why they had not informed me regarding my courier, she told me that professional couriers does not call any customer over phone regarding their consignments.

I would like to know from TPC on what responsibility, you take on my consignments if you don't even inform about the status of my courier??? With her reply on the phone I got a feeling that you don't respect my 'Right to information'. Till date I have not received my parcel. Today the date is 5/1/2011.When I tracked it on the TPC website it shows - 'In Transit'. TPC has proved two thing here - 1)They are 'The Unprofessional courier' 2) The 'worst' courier in India.

I had sent 2 couriers which were crucial reports to my client which is one of the nationalised banks through Professional Couriers.However it was never delivered. On the top of it when I enquired I was told that they have lost my reports. All the calls to their 24 hour helpline and mails are left unanswered.I have got no response from them.

This is pathetic. My clients are yelling at me. They think I have delayed the report which was to be sent before deadline. i have not only lost money but also reputation.

I have sent an important document by Professional Couriers on 22nd October 2010 to our Delhi Office. This was delivered on 26th October as per Courier company reply. when we enquired at the addressee , it has come to our notice that the same has not received there. After two months time it is came to our notice that the same has been delivered to some other Office at Delhi. The delivered address is shown in the yellow copy which we have got it from the Courier Office. We have complained to the office many times. but after a week there is no reply to us. It was an important document including passport etc for Visa stamping at Delhi. They are not giving a proper reply to our enquiry. We need the courier back at the earliest for a speedy action.

I didn't received the parcel yet. I have contacted at your Cochin parcel office many times. And they are saying that the parcel has noted here as received but they could not find it where it is and still they are searching. How long will you take to find it? Further more I contacted the in-charge of the Cochin office,but he is behaving in an irresponsible manner. What kind of "Professionalism" is this? Is this the way you are caring your customers?

I want to know what happened to my parcel and what you people are going to do if you can't find it.

I have received a courier today in professional courier and there are 5 items missing.... I am staying in electronic city.... the Number of this consignment is BLR[protected]..... Now i have already opened the courier and those people are saying that it is not our responsible as you have opened the courier... and one more thing is without opening the parcel how can i find the missing items....... what is the actual procedure to deliver courier and receive the courier....... could some one help me in this regards..... if i want to file a case what is the possible option and how to file a case and where to file a case......... My mom has sent me a parcel, containing tablets and nokia BH-217 blue-tooth on dec 1st from bangalore, with a sealed stitched parcel, i got a call from pick up point in mangalagiri, that they received the courier and asked me to come and take, as soon as i received, i checked nothing was there inside except an empty box, i asked the incharge person he told i m nt responsible for this, later i called mumbai,hyderabad,bangalore, none is taking the responsibility of the lost good, i feel ashamed of the professional courier such mere stealing is going on.

Pathetic Service by Professional Couriers.

The following packet bearing this AWB number GGN6677494 was dispatched from Gurgaon on 22 nd Nov. to Bangalore. Even after 4 days, it has not reached. Their website shows 2 days old status.

I have already stopped using their service, and I am recommending others also not to use, unless I see some response from Professional Couriers with details and the reason of this delay.

Hi,

I had sent a parcel which consists of a charger and some important documents to my parents in Mangalore on 15/11/2010 from Bangalore using Professional Courier. The parcel has not been sent till and when enquired i got some interesting news from that courier guy, they are:
1. There are thiefs in that courier company.
2. There are lots things that keep missing now and then which they will compensate for the money quoted.
3. No track of records kept properly.

This is my Parcel number: BLR91075608.

I want that parcel at any cost as there are some certificates of mine and it cant be compensated from the money.

I want some actions to be taken against the basaveshwar nagar professional courier for their rude behaviour.

Docket No. AMD5910531 has already received at trissur on 16.11.2010, why still it is not delivered at Vyasa college?
Also why there is no proper response (nonsense response) from your Thissur branch in no.[protected] while enquiring the details.......
We are not expecting this kind of services from as professional............
They were given the contact no.of Wadakkancheri, [protected], which was already disconnected from the telephone line.
The document which received at Thrissur on 16.11.2010 morning, and still not delivered even on 19.11.2010 at the famous college NSS Vyasa college at Wadakkanchery - it tooks only half an hour from Thrissur.

I despatched a consignment no-BLR17680122 on 01.11.2010. While receiving parcel,the authorised official told that the despatch will be made in 48 hours but even after closing of business hours of 11.11.2010, the courier was not despatched. It contained some necessary documents that was supposed to be delivered latest by 05.11.2010. But because of slackness, tardiness of the company the same is still pending.

The courier service is very worst and no proper response from your office. I booked one courier which contains important medical documents on 08 Nov 10 Monday (BIll Sl No.[protected] dt 08 nov 10) from vellore and destination to chennai (Just 120 kms) . I have to submit those documents by tom i.e. on 12 nov (friday) but till date courier was not yet received. What a stupid type of replies they r giving from office, as just bluffing that it was already delivered and some one signed, etc, in head office vellore, they said by eve it will reach, and sys is showing as such and they could not trace out. After a great struggle i could lodge a complaing vide 5866 dt 11 Nov 10. Being a developed Professional courier in Tamil nadu,these type of performance is very reticulous. Now i am unable to provide my documents tomorrow to my office because of your office inappropriate activities. I have to take a legal action after this, and i want to know why this delay and reply me .

Please refer to the string of emails below. The company has shown no mercy in delivering the documents despite of continued reminders. I was charger Rs.70 for a 3 day agreed delivery of the documents.

However, there has been no response to this extent and they have not even bothered to get back to me.

Professional couriers are the worst ever courier services I have ever seen. I booked a parcel from karur(Tamilnadu) to palakkad(Kerala) through professional couriers on 2nd november 2010.

Today is 6th November 2010. But still my parcel is not delivered. First they said that the parcel has to go to cochin office and then will go to palakkad office. Then again me and my father went to professional courier office.

Now they are saying that they have forwarded the parcel to their Salem office and the parcel is held up there and they also say in the salem office nobody is picking up the phone.

Four days have gone past since i have booked the parcel. When i asked where is my parcel now, they are not even in a position to track and tell me where is my parcel and the probable date of delivery.

So i say people in karur, please think twice before using professional couriers services as I have never seen such a worst courier service provider.
