On 25th July 2009, personally gone and locate my papers from 4th Floor and get receiving (Receiving attached) but afterwards nobody picks up phone and donit know what to do.
It has been now 6 month passed and Amount have not received the same so far.

My previous company BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms No.19 & 10 C to the RPFC on 19th November, 2009 but till date I have not received any amount.

For reference please refer to PF A/c No: DL/20961/906

I request you to kindly remit the amount to my bank account as mentioned in the withdrawal form. I hope you will do the needful at the earliest.
