My name is Kartiki Jadhav. I worked for Base Corporation Ltd, Bangalore for 6 monhts. I have sumitted the PF Withdrawal form in Sept'09 and submitted to my previous Employer. My EPF No -24169/894 and was submitted on 18th Sept-2008 to EPFO Bangalore. I was informed that the PF payment cheque has been sent to my SBI a/c at Mubai on 20th October'08 but the same has not credited in my SBI A/c.
When informed to EPFO Deptt., there was no response.
I want the information about my PF amount ans the amount means a lot to me and want the clearance of the PF asap.

It is submitted that I was working in company named Stratergic Manpower Solution Pvt. Ltd. based in Mumbai. My EPF account No. is MH/WASHI/117678/7616. I had applied to withdraw my EPF to the above said company in the month of Feb 2009, But the Co. has submitted the documents to you on 01 Sept 2009. You have released a cheque No. 849896 dated 31 Oct 2009 for Rs. 6606.00 and submitted the same in my HDFC Bank saving account No. [protected] on dated 10 Dec 2009 (after 40 days). but Bank has refused the clearance and returned the same due to "Drawer's Signatures differs" on dated 12 Dec 2009. I have already forwarded the returned cheque along with Bank Memo dated 12 Dec 2009 to you on 16 Dec 2009 by Regd post.

Please Let us know the current status of my EPF. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest as it has already been delayed.

No action since such a long time.

I have even sent the PF/pension claim form to Everyready office at Kasturi building, Marine lines, Mumbai-20, as informed to me by the PF office Vashi on 27 June 2007 and almost more than 2 years have passed by and my uncle is still awaiting for the PF money reimbursement.

Pf office bandra transferred the file to Vashi regional Pf office & the Vashi Pf office has got the empty file, so the PF account no of the emp's o[censored]nion Carbide now known as Everready inustries is lost. As per Everready industries they have deposited the PF money with bandra office as per their email attached below.

Even after repeated visits, emails, ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION BY Vashi PF office.

With reference to the above, this is inform to you that, I, Saikat Adhikari has deposited my PF withdrawal ( PF No- AP/29903/7126) form to M/s Karvy Stock Broking Ltd on 17/11/2008 and same was forwarded to the Andhra Pradesh PF office on 24/12/2008 but till date the no cheque has been received .
Through telephone, I have been told that following Cheques have been issued but till date no cheque are received by under signed.

I have submitted (Form 19 & Form 10c ) for my PF Withdrawl on through SLK Software Pvt. Ltd, which I have previously worked with.

An acknowledgement from PF office is also received by SLK after submission on 15 September, 2008. I have not yet received my PF withdrawl into my citibank account till today. My PF Account is KN/25086/531.

I also use to receive Pension from APFO(Pension), Karnal. My a/c no. is HR/KNL/7316. However, from January 2009, I am not receving pension in my HDFC pension a/c no.[protected]. I was working in Haryna college of technology and management Kaitha(Haryana) . I have resigned from the college on[protected].My employeer refused me to attest the form then I applied for epf withdrawl on[protected] in epf office karnal (Haryana). They informed me on[protected] that yur form has been sent for attestation to the employeer. But I got no response till[protected], when I met the concerned dealing person in the office they asked me to apply the fresh withdrawl form again. Then I submitted a fresh form with attestation from a gazetted officer and on 18-08-09 I was informed that your form has been sent for the attestation from the employeer through Ambala circle, again I was informed on[protected] that you your form has been sent to P S Chandela from Karnaloffice to get attested from the employeer. But since last four months they are not taking any action to release my epf amount but bluffing me. You are requested to look into the matter so that my epf may be released.

Hello All,

It is statutory to have PF deduction. There should be appropiate customer service to support Clients greviences. Iam tired of calling all ph# from 31 to 36, however there is no response.

We understand there are lot of cases and at times there is a back log. We are ready to bear the delay on it, however if it is communicated satisfactorily to the client.

My PF account # HR/ 25318 /2859 and its been more than 45 days. As communicated from My Employer there is no transfer to my RBS(ABN AMRO) account.

Would appreciate if you look into the case as soon as possible as I am in a process of leaving the City at earliest.

I was working with HCL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, Chennai, Tamilnadu., which had their employee PF account under EPFO gurgaon. My PF Number is GN/GGN/0005572/[protected]. I had applied for a transfer from this office to my present employer (MIRAMED AJUBA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Chennai) in 2018. The PF amount was transferred only for EPF part (Form 19). However my EPS part from my RPFO rejected for the reason "Service details from GNGGN[protected] not received" .

I am tired of following up with the EPF office from Chennai over phone as it is very difficult to get the line. Also I have sent many e-mails. I have received "ZERO" replies from your side.

Kindly let me know how I can take this up for a speedier transfer from EPF Gurgaon.

I had received a letter from Employees Provident Fund Organisation dated 21/1/2008 Stating that PF settlement cheques had been returned back from the Bank.
My PF Account Number is :MH/39804/11476.the issued Chques no. are 314870 dt.29/10/07 & the amount is Rs.49662 & the other Chques no. are 416487 dt.29/10/07 & the amount is Rs.19874 .
Prior to this letter Pf office, mumbai had given a letter to my HDFC bank, Chennai Branch about the cheque.The addressed Letter(copy of information) & the account details in the letter remain true.
