[Resolved] Pure It (Hindustan Unilever) — Product is not able to PURIFY the water | |||
Hello sir, I have purchased my PURE IT water purifier on 6/5/2010. But this product is not functioning well; it is not able to purify the water. After purifying the water there is a layer of dust in the water as well as there is scratch in the transparent container of the product. I think this piece is used for demo purpose by the pure it executive, so I just want to replace my product by new one. I have registered my complaint many times in the complaint section of the company and my complaint numbers are C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], and C[protected]. But my complaint still not attended by the company and today I got a sms that your complaint has been attended by the executive of the company. So please register my complaint in consumer forum and take needful action against the pure it company and also i am challenging for 1 crore Rs challenge.
