PVR CINEMAS Refund — Not Got refund since one month passed
Hello Sir/MamI made an online tickect booking on 11th Nov 2010, & that transaction was failed & am not able to book the ticket, the reference number which is displayed in my statment is BIL/[protected]/C.C.AVENUES/PVRCINEMAS.COM
And after some time i made the booking & i hv been alloted the same seat & for that the transaction number is BIL/[protected]/C.C.AVENUES/PVRCINEMAS.COM
So you can see i hv been charged 2 times for one seat. please refund my ammount for one seat so that it will b easy for me to book the tickets online.
