I have not recd any refund till the date whereas more then 10days has been passed accd to the call which i have recd

as i have showed the booking id at counter as well but they told me that NO TICKET HAS BEEN BOOKED.

Thats why i done the another trans. i.e. EDC swaipe at PVR counter with rs 180rs.

Please have the concern resolved asap...

Its regarding a ticket booking trans. whichh i have done on 22July'09 online for the movie harry potter which was not showing through( i.e. amounting rs210 from HDFC c. card no. [protected], approval code:044669) as error incurred ...and by giving personal visit to counter later i booked so i.e. for amounting rs180 with same cr. card no., so would request you to please have the refund of the below mention trans. to my hdfc a/c as ticket has nt been taken by me:
