[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Refund of ticket amount

I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com for 4 tickets for spiderman movie to be shown on 30.06.2012 at 03:10 pm, payment worth Rs.760-00 was deducted from my credit card , but pvrcinemas web site failed to complete my transaction and did not confirm any ticket booking.I approached ticket counter of Centra Mall in Industrial area ,phase I, Chandigarh, in which PVR cinema is located, but it is surprising to state that no one is ready to listen to me.

They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com.

Really silly.and unethical on their part.. they charge me for Rs.60-00 as "convenience" and I end up spending 3 hours for what should have been 5 minutes.

Highly frustrating, and just convinces me that they have no interest in addressing customer needs. Henceforth shall always look for an option other than PVR and recommend everyone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with callous and indifferent approach of cinema managers

Request them to at least make somebody listen to customer grievances and address to their satisfaction.

PVR Cinema, Chandigarh — Amount not refunded

I puran Singh was doing online booking on below date 03/06/2011,for the movie (Ready) but the page has been expired and the amount Rs-425 has been debited from my account and yet its not been credited to the HDFC account No - Savings Account No.: [protected] sec 9-D Chandigarh

I am very disappointed today i booked 2 tickes (gold) for cocktail movie in pvr cinema but i have not received any message to show not even i received any email in my id .and pvr charged 357 rs., i am not getting any number of pvr for complaint it seems that pvr cinemas is fake and useless. Hell !

I too faced a similar problem while booking tickets with PVR Cinemas, Centra Mall, Chandigarh, on July 16. It's indeed amazing that while I was told it was a "bad transaction", at the same time, money (Rs 550.56) had been debited from my bank account. I've written to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com requesting a refund.

I had booked two tickets of OH MY GOD movie online, dated 1 oct 2012 at pvr cinema(centra mall) Chandigarh, i lost my 253rs and precious time , i was denied entry and there is no redressal mechanism or any kind of refind , kindly do the needful. my contact no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Today morning I booked 6 tickets for 24th Nov-12 show of movie “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” at 7:30 PM at PVR Chandigarh ( Centra Mall) through online net banking facility.( Screen Shot Attached for your reference).

The money got debited from the account but PVR gave message at the end that the transaction could but be completed. I am trying to get in touch with their customer care but no response.

Pls Let me know the process of money refund.

A really pathetic service with no email or sms refunds or confirmation.

I booked 3 tickets online for the movie 'The Dark Knight Rises' for 20th July 2012, 10:00 show, on 14th July 2012 through PVR cinemas's ADVANCE BOOKING FACILITY. The transaction was not completed, however they charged me Rs.900(Rs. 300 for each ticket) through my credit card. I called them so many times on their complaint no.s,but no one answers, I mailed them so many times but no one replies. I finally went to the nearest PVR cinemas(where I booked the tickets) to enquire about the tickets. The answer i got was that I had to wait till 20th july to know wether my tickets were booked or not, it was because of their sequencing which works on first-come-first-serve basis, it seems, which books the tickets till the seats are full on the basis of whoever books first. So, I waited and got no result. From then on, I've been posting this complaint everywhere, but no use. They still don't answer my call, they still don't reply my mail. It's been 8 months since the happening and PVR has not even cared to reply to me. I demand an explanation for such a poor maintenance PVR is been into with the refunded amount i.e. Rs.900(that comes without saying).
I book 3 tickets online for the movie mastizaade on 29/1/2016 at 3.15 show throgh pvr cinemas from Advance booking facility my money Rs 578 has deducted from the bank and the ticket was not booked so please refund my money as quick as u can
