PVR Cinemas — Ticket booking,payment issue

I was booking 2 tickets for durandhar 2. The total amount was 500.24rs and I was having a gift card of 500rs so I used it and the final amount to pay was 0.24rs which I couldn’t complete because some error was showing(Something went wrong, please try again). So i tried again with different payment methods still the same issue . Now the payment isn’t complete and i don’t have tickets and the gift card is having 0rs balance. As i was having a stable internet connection, the was not on my side. The problem is with your payment gateway. I need the solution as soon as possible. This incident has caused me a lot of inconvenience.
