The 1:00 pm show at Saket, Pvr Pictures was canceled abruptly, no email or call before the show, then the manager said it will take four days if refund of tickets. No confirmation on email or message that is show has been canceled or refund will be reintiatiated.

The refund was completed today promptly after posting on Instagram. The amount was credited to the original mode of payment along with the convenience fee charged on the ticket booking.

PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
