[Resolved]  Qatar — Humiliating treatment from your employee

Dear Vodafone Management,

With much frustration, I am sending this mail.

I am a post paid subscriber[protected] not because I can not afford to get other telephone company connections, but that I was retaining this number for a longer period when the current number was part of BPL and other companies.

I am an NRI working in Qatar in senior management cadre.

The recent humiliation I received from your employee and no further feed back from your customer complaint cell is now prompting me to send this mail. My father expired on 18-Jul-09 and when I received calls from your executives regarding the outstanding payment, I had requested to send one of your collection agent as what was practised in the past two months. Instead I was getting multiple reminders and abuse from one of your employee. I complained about him, but no effect and NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR COMPANY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WELFARE.

I made the outstanding payment of 367 last week when I was free from all rituals and other arrangements in connection with my father's death and I had to pay late payment charges in spite of my notification that I could make the payment at my doorstep through your collection agent. I now request M/s Vodafone management to kindly advise me on what CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES, I should continue to be a subscriber of Vodafone.

I await your kind response, if you have some value towards the customer care and also request you to take necessary action against one of your employee who talked to me in an abusive manner.
