Quick Cabs — Absolutely Unreliable Service

This is a very deceptive cab service. I would ask them to raise their fare in case they cannot serve their customers on the comitted rate. On one occasion my brother in law was about to miss his train and another occasion I was to miss my flight along with my family. Despite the fact that these cabs were booked a day in advance and we received their sms. Their executives love hanging up on customers. On one occasion I was hung up on 4 times consecutively, provided with meaningless assurances, provided with wrong driver numbers. On another occasion very early morning I was desperately trying to confirm my taxi and I was hungup on and when I called up again the call landed on the same executive and he saved himself by giving it to his collegue and kept laughing in the background. Further to my dismay she also hung up !! This is absurd. Would never use this service. I have been calling Easy cabs since then.

Be assured of one thing "You'll never get the service"

I would agree to the other comments i have read on this site and to add to the already mentioned pathetic service that these guys provide they have very incompetent staff at the call centres as well as customer grievances cell.
Like the others even i had to go through the pain of not getting a cab on time, although the booking was made well on time. i had the confirmaton no., cab no., driver's no.. But on checking the whereabouts of the driver at the asked time of reporting i got to know that he had gone to pick up someone else and i was told by this ill mannered driver to call up the call centre and get another cab booked. The guy at the call centre named Rahul couldn't understand what was going on and kept the call on hold for eternity. Eventually i missed my train and had to drive all the way to Dehradun in the night to meet the appointment. I cant express the frustration i went through throughout the night.
It's obvious that i wont be using this riddiculous cab service henceforth and will also make sure that i let the others know how horrendous these people are, so that atleast others dont go through the events i've gone through.
I've also written a mail to their concerned department and as expected there has been no follow up by them. I dont think they really care about what their customers write about them. I'm also assured that these cabs wont last long in the business.

I was looking for booking a radio taxi for dropping me at airport. just checked up on this Quick Cabs because of their low fares. but after reading your entries, i have decided against it.

The most horrendous cab services ever

I completely agree with the complaints which have been posted on this blog. These people have actually started with their services to harass people.

I booked a cab on 22nd May 28, 2009 night for 7 am, 23rd May 28, 2009 morning for Domestic Airport. As usual I received message from them in 30 minutes stating that my request number is 39884. On 23rd May 28, 2009 morning 5:30 I receive a call from the cab driver asking for the location where the cab has to reach. Also I received a message that my booking ID 39884 and the cab no. is DL 1RY 1116, Chauffer: Rambir Singh, Cell: [protected].

All was confirmed till then, only when I received a message at 6:45 am that my cab was cancelled. I called at their (useless) call center for enquiry and the person there said that my cab has been cancelled.

It is mentioned at their site that if you keep the cab waiting, Rs50 will be charged for every 30 minutes. I would like to ask them, how much the customers should charge them for causing such problems. I hope the owner is aware of how popular his cab service is doing.
