[Resolved]  Quick Cabs — Non Delivery of Cab

Hi,

We bhave booked so called Quick Cab from New Delhi Railway Station to Rajouri Gardern on 8th Fab.almost five hours before we reach Delhi that is around 10'oclock, we received an sms from the Quick Cab that our cab will available on the station. Our Booking No.28387, Cab No.DL1RY[protected], Chauffer.SHUGUNINDER SINGH, Mobile#[protected], [protected] . The driver called us and enquired about the time and the platform no.where our train will reach, he said he will be there around ten.

Thats it after that he neither called up or reached at the station, when we called him up after waiting for 15 mintues he said he cannot reach station for another hour since he is stuck in jam, which is very strange that you stuck in a jam for three hours even if you he did not even bother to call us and let us know about it which is his duty. We were stranded on the station at this hour of cold night with small kid with us.

After this we tried to call up Quick Cab they kept on disconnecting our calls from the same mobile, when I called them from another no. they did pick up the call but as soon they realised it is the same call they disconnected it.This is the way behave with the customer, I made a formal complaint with them on 9th Fab.09, still waiting for a reply, though they have there office in Rajouri Gardern only.
