I cancelled railway ticket pnr is[protected] date of cancelled 11th june 09 but refund not give me. please give me refund

I AM REPRODUCING HERE DETAILS OF EMAILS CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING MY TDR REFUND WHICH IS PENDING OVER 7 MONTHS, THESE RAILWAY AND IRCTC OFFICIALS ARE PROVED AS INEFFICIENT AND INSENSITIVE TO CONSUMER REFUND MATTERS, AND STRICT ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE PERSONS.

MORE THAN SIX MONTH I AM WAITING FOR REFUND BUT STILL THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED.I SEND SEVERAL MAIL AND MAKE SEVERAL CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL THRE IS NO ANY RESPONSE.
For the request number rbr5211687 and pnr number [protected], I file the TDR but the amount is not refunded.
