[Resolved] Railway Ticket — Debited unsuccessful e-booking and Account not credited | |
Sir, I salute the Indian Railways for easing the lives of millions of passengers with your Internet Reservation Syatem. On the 13 th of Aug., I tried to make an e-ticket reservation, but the ticket booking failed. However, the transaction amount (Rs.1567) was debited from my account through Transaction Id. No. [protected]. The Refund Status showed: Payment Settled; Not Booked; Cancelled Date- 13 Aug. 2009, ;Sent For Refund. Bank- SBI Debit. I wish to inform you that my account has NOT been credited with the said amount, but my Account summary, instead shows an amount of Rs.1577 debited from my account. I, therefore, request the esteemed Railways authority to kindly look into this matter with urgency and make the refund to my account effectively. Thanking you with kind regards. Bendangchuchang. On the 17 th of december 2009, I tried to make an e-ticket reservation from cuddapah to kachiguda train no 7651 in 2 ac, but the ticket booking failed. However, the transaction amount (Rs.1005 two times) was debited from my account sbi debit card through Transaction Id. No.[protected], [protected]. The Refund Status showed: Settlement Failed -not booking.
i wish to inform you that my account has NOT been credited with the said amount, but my Account summary, instead shows an amount of Rs.1005, 1005 debited from my account.
I, therefore, request the esteemed Railways authority to kindly look into this matter with urgency and make the refund to my account effectively.
