[Resolved] Ray Ban — Faulty product
I bought Ray Ban sunglasses from GKB opticals, MG Road Pune. After a few days, the right lens came out of the frame. It thankfully happened when I was not wearing the sunglasses. I took it back to the store, they fixed it and gave back to me. In the past 9 months, the same glass has come out 8 times. I keep complaining to the store and have asked them for a replacement.
They tell me that Ray Ban sales person is not coming to their store and they say that it might take anywhere from 3-4 months. There is no one to take responsibility of a faulty product and help get replacement. When I searched on the net, there is no site where I can voice this to Ray Ban directly. I do not know whom to approach. Someone please suggest.
