RCOM rejecting my MNP application 6 times I am using rcom no [protected](u.p east) for the last 5 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from rcom to Vodafone And i went to VODAFONE show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges. But i receive a message from VODAFONE that Rcom mobile operator reject your porting . Because of bill due. Actually in my case there is no due outstanding with Rcom postpaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying so many times. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here rcom is denying that right for me. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation. I contacted my rcom customer care & nodal officer about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using rcom(CDMA) no [protected](UP EAST) for the last 5 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from rcom to Uninor And i went to Uninor show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.
But i receive a message from Uninor that Rcom mobile operator reject your porting . .They are simply delaying my complaint saying so many times. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here rcom is denying that right for me.
I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.
I contacted my rcom customer care & nodal officer about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir.
