[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — No refund made till now | |
Dear Sir, I recharged my brothers mobile on 20th September, 2009 using my Dad's credit card and www.rechargeitnow.com has debited my Dad's account and did not credit the balance in my brothers mobile. They mailed me that they will refund amount in 10days but till now no amount has been refunded. The following is the mail i got for 2 transactions on 20th September, 2009 and both failed : 1. RechargeItNow - Recharge Failed - RA[protected]_[protected] Due to some technical reasons we are unable to deliver recharge to your subscriber id [protected] . We regret the inconvenience caused to you. 2. Recharge Failed - RA[protected]_[protected] Due to some technical reasons we are unable to deliver recharge to your subscriber id [protected] . We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We will process the refund against deducted and advise your bank or credit card company to credit your account as per our refund policy. Normally this amount should reflect in your account within 10 working days. In case you don't receive this amount within this period, please contact us by submitting our contact us form with the appropriate description. I should get Rs.666/- with respect to above complaint, each transaction is for Rs.333/- recharge for different mobiles, one is Idea and other is Airtel Mobile. Please let me know what to do ?
