[Resolved]  Rediff.com India Ltd. / Canon Digital Camera A590is — Material received without Invoice and warrant card

I have placed an online order on Rediffshopping on dt.14.5.09 for purchase of Canon Powershot A590IS Digital Camera 8.0MP vide my order no. 5373426 dt.14.5.09 when I made the payment through net banking there was some problem in payment processing so I made contact their customer care number[protected] on dt.15.5.09 and explain to their (rediffshopping) Customer care executive. He said that there was some problem in processing the payment, so he suggested me it’s better if you pay by Cheque or Credit card and we (rediffshopping) reissue new order number 5374184 dt.15.5.09 for same order so I choose second option payment thru’ Credit card and he transfer my telephone to credit card payment mode option I made the payment thru’ HSBC Card no.[protected] but when I made the payment, again third time my order has changed by computer system automatically now my order number 5374190 dt15.5.09 again I made contact customer care executive and explain to the same he said no problem sir we cancelled your earlier order and continue this order but before confirm this order we need some details regarding Credit card payment, which will sent you by mail, please fill all that & forward it to us (rediffshopping). I have not got any mail by 19.05.09 on my mail ID, so again on 19.05.09 I made contact to customer care and explain the same story again to rediff Customer care Executive, he suggested me to make the payment by cheque and courier our office :

He committed me that this time your order surely be execute but again forth time my order has changed, now order number of my required product was 5381726 dt.19.5.09, as per his commitment I have sent them Cheque number 786319 dt.20.05.09 after a long wait till 31.05.09 no communication made by rediffshopping regarding my cheque received or not. So on 1.6.09 again I made contact to rediffshopping customer care, I was shocked after update given by rediffshopping executive that there was no update in rediffshopping system regarding my cheque instead of my cheque has already been cleared from my bank account on dated 27.5.09, now their executive said me first I have to check our records and will get back to you but nobody respond me on my complaint at the end of the day so again on 2.6.09 I made contact to customer care with the unsolved problem but no update by their side & they are continuously saying the same statement again I made contact on 3.6.09 to customer care with same problem now they agree that they have received my cheque but still bank confirmation was pending now I made contact to their Support department, one of their Executive name Miss Subha Lakshami attend my call and she has made a new story, she is saying that sir we are sorry for delay & As the model which you required is unavailable with our vendor currently so we are offering you a new upgraded camera A480 as compensation on the same cost but I was disagree at that product and wanted the same camera A590IS 8MP with 4GB data card as compensation she said ok we will try and contact you shortly, till then I have wasted a lot of money to contact them but nobody respond me. As per Rediffshopping policy after received the payment they dispatch the material 7 to 10 working days but I have received the material on 10.6.09 after 14days, (4days late) after a lot of time contact with customer care and support department. The camera which I received by courier was without proper sealed packed, without invoice and without warranty card now again I have made contact to support department but nobody is attending my phone and mail, they have barred my mail ID now I want compensation of all my losses, time & money.

Please look into this & help me out to solve this problem.

Dear Sir,

On 05.01.2010 I had been taken a Broadband connection from YOU Telecom & from day one there is problem with the coneectivity, opening of any web page. So next day I complain to the customer care no. & lodge a complain(Complain no.[protected] but there was no action taken from there end. So, again I make a complain next two days days & on 07.01.2010 an executive came from YOU but spending almost one & half hour not able to fix the problem.

Till yesterday night I'm not able to open any web page or make any download so today(08.01.2010) I call the customer care & ask them to disconnect my connection & return my money but they said are not going to return my money(For connection I spend Rs.1600.00).

It is my request you to please advice me what to do.

Dear Sir,

On 27.12.2009 I had been buy a HCLlaptop(Model No. LAPTOP AXO3857) from Kohinoor Tele Video - Vashi shop. With this laptop there was an offer going on, which is winter offer & with the buy of this laptop the company offer a NOKIA phone worth Rs.6000.00.

So, when I buy the laptop, the shop owner provide me a promotional code & ask me to register at HCL website with this code & my laptop serial no.

After spending of so many times at internet I'm able to register myself with all details to the HCL website on 29.12.2009 i.e., before closing date(closing date of offer was 31.12.2009) of hte offer.

On very next day a mail send by the HCL team & conforming my registration & ask me to send all the details with scan copy of the Invoice to another email address & I do the same.

Again on 31.12.2009, they confirm by mail that once the promotional offer is over they send me the offer but when I'm send them so many mail & ask them how & when I'm able to receive my gift but their is no response from their end.

Please tell at this moment what will be my action, whether I'm going to lodge a legal action against the HCL company or just wait for another few days.

Please advice.

I am staying at Bhandup (W), Mumbai. 8 months back i have taken a new connection of Electric meter for my home from MSEB. Till date i have not received any bill from MSEB after continuous follow up & applications given to them for which i have application copies signed by the engineer but now MSEB sent me the notice through court regarding the payment.
Please tell me what shall i do.
Gorgegous club of India is cheated me had asked me to pay the money in icici bank account for the joining of club as the site that had the account number was not updated. Mr Karan, Deepak are the indiduals that are involved in the act.Anyone needs any information what exactly happened give your email address and i will let you see the sms and the conversation that I had with these guys. They are fraud and do never receive calls when you pay the money.
I am going to file a formal legal petition in the court for the same with the proof based this sms and the call records.
Also kindly let me know what is that i need to do to bring these guys to court and get the money back. I need your help pls tell me

please aap hame niya dilakar ya to hamara paisa vapas dila dijiye ya to machine change karke dilaye aur hamara jo 80000/- nuksan hau hai vo dilaye, aur shopkipper ki dadagiri ko lagam lagaye.
