RediffShopping.com — Faulty product | |||
I had purchased a 500 GB hard disk from rediffshopping on 18 oct 2011 (order no 6727364). The hard disk was delivered to me on 22 oct 2011. the had disk was not the same as mention in the listing and also it was faulty. I put a mail to rediffshopping customer care to which they reply to replace the faulty item. I had dispatched the faulty hard disk to seller adress mention in rediff mail ( DTDC shippment No. M[protected]. The seller had received the faulty hard disk on 30 oct 2011, Till now i had not got the replacment.MY WORK IS SUFFERING. NEITHER CUSTOMER CARE OR SELLER IS LIFTING THE PHONE. ALLWAYS GIVEING THE STATUES "OUR EXCECATIVE IS BUSY IN ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL, PLZ SATY ON LINE'" AND AFTER SOME TIME GOOD BYE. .. AND PHONE IS DISCONNECTED. I THINK REDIFFSHOPPING PEOPLE SHOULD GET PCR FROM POLICE FOR CHEATING THE PEOPLE. Was this information helpful? | |||
