[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — Defective pasting on shoes

Dear Customer Care Officer

I bring to your notice the sequence of events which are self explanatory in eroding the confidence of a customer in reputed brand like Reebok:

I have been purchasing and using the Reebok Brand shoes including accessories for last few years with a confidence that it is the best availble brand in India. On the same pretext I purchased a shoe around one year back from one of your franchisee outlet in Kamla Nagar New Delhi.On using the shoe for the last few months one day I found that both the shoe have opened up from the pasting side.On visiting your franchisee in Kamla Nagar New Delhi and pointing out the defect I was bluntly told by your franchisee outlet that nothing could be done in absence of the Bill. My only question to your franchisee outlet was whether the bill was more important or the reputation of the company at stake, I was bluntly told that the bill is more important then anything else in absence of which the company would not entertain any claim.

After going through this very unfortunate sequence of events I have now decided not to use Reebok Brand in any form nor would I recommend this Brand to others.I would also suggest you to appoint your franchisee outlets after due diligence in order to protect your brand name and your reputation. Rigidity and Rude Behaviour of your franchisee outlet employees would only tarnish Brand Image and Reputation of your Company.


If you really feel concerned about this mail I atleast expect a reply.

RBK Reebok — Bad Pasting

Dear Customer Care Officer,

For the first time I have bought a shoe from Reebok(CrossTrainer Hexalite), 2 months back from a factory store in Bangalore on a sale of 40%. With in this period I have found second time the pasting has come out. The actual cost shoe was 6000/- which I got in 3600. I have been there once and they provided the fix for it.

My issue is how many times should I go to get such fix done. These things shold be taken care at the time of making so that there is no hassle between the shopkeeper and customer.

This is the first impression of Reebok which has fall flat.

Reebok Shoes — Manufacturing deffect/ inferior quality

I Flg Offr Piyush Punj purchased a pair of shoes for my son who studies in Hostel at Mysore on 29.05.2009 vide Invoice no.588 from your franchaisee M/s Goshies Apparels Pvt. Ltd.,Panchkula(Haryana).The cost of the Shoes is quite good i.e Rs7999.00.

He joined back hostel on 1-6-2009 for the new session there.He plays Basket ball for 5 days a week there and that too max. 1 hr a day. Only then he used to wear those shoes otherwise they are not permitted to wear those shoes during the whole day.

He came to our home at Panchkula on 15.10.2009 on Diwali vacations.

There are cracks developed on the upper of the shoes. The look has become shabby.

We went to your franchisee on 18.10.2009. They took the shoes on the pretext that it will be shown to the rep of M/s Reebok for settling the claim. Despite many follow ups and phone call it was useless, one or the other reason was been given. After fews days they gave the Mobile no. of one Mr.Sushil but on condition to call him in between 1100 to 1800. After many efforts daily we both father abd son were able to get him and at that time he was in Pathankot. He gave assurance that he will see the shoes and give his report. For next few days we tried to contact him but he never picked our phone. One day again we cud get him he said that he has sent his boy to collect the shoes. I told him that my son was to return back on 30th Oct 09.

I went to drop my son on 30th Oct and came back on 6th Nov09. but nothing heard about the shoes.

This is not expected from a company like REEBOK.

My son asked me on phone this Sunday. I replied him that I am trying my best to get value for my hard earned Money.

Please get the things settled at the earliest as I always believe in straight one to one settlement.

My credit card was debited on 06.11.2008 by Rs 748/- for the supply of shoes, but I have not received the pair of shoes. I have contacted your office on 14.03.2009,16.04.2009,26.05.2009 & 06.08.2009, every time they assured that I will get the supply by 10 days.But I am sorry to say thta till date I have not received the shoes. It is almost one year and if I will not receive the above item by next 10 days than I will be forced to go to consumer court.Next notice you will get from my lawyer.

I am a regular user of reebok sports shoes for few years.Recently i bought a Reebok sports shoes froom Reebok show room, with in six months both the shoes sole pasting have given way. I have given this defected pair to Reebok Show room at CP-B12, New Delhion19/10/09 vide copy no2865.the pair of shoes was nither repaired /Replaced till date inspite of my reapeted visits/ph call iwas assured that i will get this shes back un repaired.this is the affare of So call reputed BRAND REEBOK than we will recomend Not TO USE SUCH BRAND IN FUTURE inmy family or friends.I feel cheeted. by the whole attitude of this brand of shooes.
yes, it very painful, iam from bangalore i bought normal show in 40% off comes around 3500/- after 6month slowly sole opening its very bad like Brand like Rebook, outlet Guys least bardhar bought there customer
for this we need service center from Brands where we can log complaints regarding any product.

Reebok Shoes — Non receipt of reebok shoes and track suit along with holiday package

My Order ID is:[protected]. I had booked my order for reebok shoes and track suit along with holiday package paying the full amount of Rs 2298 though online payment through credit card on 25th October 2009, Inspite of my repeated reminders and requests I have not received any of this consignment till date. I am totally duped by India Today group.

Reebok — Sole of the shoe got detached from shoe body

Had purchased a Reebok shoe from Reebok shoppe, Khatri Compound, Morshi Road, Amravati. Sole of this shoe got detatched from its body. When I took the complaint to abovesaid shoppe I was told that since the purchase is of more than six months' old repairy charges will have to be paid. I had to pay repairy charges of Rs. 50/- for which no receipt was given to me. If a shoe purchased at the cost of Rs. 2,490/- ( 40% less - Rs. 1490/-) gets spoiled within a year and even repairy also is done at consumers cost, why should we go for reputed company like Reebok ? The shoppe staff was also rude. Please direct the shoppe to replace the shoes to me or else I will have to go for legal remedies.
I faced similar experience. one year back I purchased Reebok shoe fr.Kalyan outlet at Rs5500/-. Within six month, sole of shoe got separated from upper portion of both shoes. I stopped using them. Since then I am trying to get it repaired but no RBK store has shown any interest in repairing it. Y'day I went to RBK outlet at Lalbaug-Parel, there store owner told me calmely that you purchase new one fr. their store then only he will think of repairing the old one.I told that b*****d that I don't want to open store of defective shoes.Seeing my experience, I suggest RBK management if you are not able to repair ur products then better stop manufacturing it.I suggest all not to buy RBK shoes forever.

Reebok Shoes — to replace

Reebok Watch — not getting the item

This is Mr.Anand i have orderd three sets of reebok watches and the order no is [protected] and i already paid the amount of 1497.i orderd that on the month of june 09. its already 6 monts over wen will i get my order.
i have purchase a pair of shoes belonging to the reebok just two months ago. with this small span of time the net get torn!! which is really a ton away from my expectation from such a dignitary brand in shoes..
also i have mailed at the address customer.[protected]@reebok.com several time but didnt got any reply. when i went to the store keeper he says he couldnt help me out and suggest me to mail the reebok customer services even i m not getting any reply from them. these experiences really makes hazy impression on the customer, if any body over here can help me out or can provide me the valid and responsive contact id or no of reebok please do provide me

You guys are so lucky. You have used them atleast for few months. The shoe that I purchased from Life Style, Gurgaon are sent back to factory within 7 days of purchase for bad pasting. This is my first experience with Reebok and I never let my friends to purchase Reebok shoes. Afer that I have purchased Indian brand shoe and satisfied with the performace.

Reebok — Defective Shoes and Rude behaviour ot Franchiseee

serious product complaint / manufacturing defect in two Reebok shoes I have purchased about 18 months ago. The sole came off completely while walking & made me fall.

The franchisee Viswarag, 121/46 Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Chennai 600 004 Tel +[protected] & 82 Benjamin D- [protected] is not even willing to replace both the pairs.

I went to the shop six times so far & first Benjamin said its SALE period and pl come after 15th Feb. Then he said I need approval from Reebok please give 1 week time. Third time he told me please bring the bill. Fourth time he tells me after I showed the Credit card statement evidencing payment, that they do not have a policy to replace merchandise after six months of purchase !!

On top his attitude is very casual, careless and his behavior is not customer centric at all. I told him that I am working in Vodafone in a senior level and we are one of their biggest corporate customers as well.

To that he says rudely: do what ever you can.

In my opinion this is a complete non performing brand and the one that does not even comply basic / core product delivery. On top they are very rude, arrogant & careless.

Finally, this is my experience with Reebok as a retail consumer and hence I am taking it up at individual level.

I will send you photos of shoes and copy of my credit card statement to you if desired.

Also I want to create awareness to consumers through internet, Social networking sites and Media.

I would appreciate your help.

Reebok — rude behaviour

i am a reebok customer from last few years and really appreciate the quality and service offered by them.but last wednesday that is 31st march..i was left insulting..
my redemption code for the coupon(double your money offer) is 3076319..i visited your KOTHRUD outlet in PUNE which is near karishma building..after choosing a shoe and a t-shirt i asked the concerned person Mr.PRAVIN to utilize the coupon as a part of my payment.let me tell you coupon was valid but the NET connection of the outlet was not working...to my surprise Mr.PRAVIN was not ready to co-operate and bluntly told me "punyat ekach showroom ahey kai...tumhi mala tras ka deta ahet " means "is there only one showroom in pune..just go and visit some other outlet and dont trouble me anymore"..
it was so rude..still i gave him valid reason as i had to travel some 8-10 kms more..but all in vain.
i was completely shocked after realising Mr.PRAVIN is the manager of the outlet..what a rigid and rude behaviour from a manager...
at the same time i would like to appreciate the behaviour of J.M.ROAD outlet service persons...

Reebok Shoes — Non receipt of free reebok shoes

I feel regret to say that my self anurag gupta (29ITE387338CPS) has applied for CD for music and I was assured for a free gift in the form of reebok shoes but unfortunately I have nor recievied any shoes as I was assured of till today Kindly lodge my complaints as early as possible so as I can get my shoes at the earliest

Reebok — Rude behaviour, Poor Service

I visited Reebok Showroom in NDSE part I on Ring Road (near petrol pump) on 4.4.2010 & was shocked at the rude and apathetic behaviour shown by the staff. First they could not find the right size for the school shoe for my kids, the girl attending us was trying hard to take help from staff on the groundfloor mostly all boys, who were busy watching the IPL match on the running TV at the shop at around 7:00 PM in the evening, none made any efforts to help. Even when I myself tried solicit their attention , they were evasive and made comment that probably the shoe is not available, while still paying attention to the match on TV. I registered my complaint in the complaint book at the shop, however the staff was only smiling & grinning, absolutely no regret at their behaviour.

To say the least, something like this from Reebok was absolutely shocking.

my reebok shoe bottom grip areas are Separated automatically. how can u help me please sent me where can i find a solution for this. but im not having warrnety because i brought it before 2 years and i used only for one week within a week itself that bottom portion came out from shoe.
