Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings of the day. My name is Mrs. Aarti Kalia, for visa purpose I have applied for the followings: 1)Addition of spouse name Mr. Karun Dhiman 2) Address change W/o Mr. Karun Dhiman House No-1260, sector-17, HUDA, Jagadhari, Haryana. 3) Police Clearance Certificate For the above mentioned additions I supplied the relevant documents as copy of marriage certificate, copy of ration card, embassy’s letter for the requirement of police clearance certificate. My application details are as under: 1) Applicant's Name : AARTI KALIA 2) Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected] 3) File Reference Number : CHD-R[protected] 4) Application Date :[protected] 5) Passport No: E 6048148 6) Place of Issue: Chandigarh 7) Date of issue: 26/11/2003 8) Date of Expiry: 25/11/2013 It has been three weeks that I haven’t received anything. More over the passport website www.passport.gov.in shows that Police Report has not been received. I really wonder that why there is so much of delay in the process, as all the relevant documents were attached and the appropriate fee was paid. I would request you to pay attention on this matter and help me out as I am unable to achieve a visa because of this unnecessarily delay. Thanks for your time. I am, Naga Satya Sai Anil Kumar Anumolu, applied for New passport as my old passport is being damaged (got wet under rain) vide file no. HYDD[protected] under tatkal on 31/07/2008 and received the passport on 06/08/2008.
And the police enquiry has been held on 27/09/2008 or 28/09/2008 and the reports are been sent to the police station and as well as to the Regional passport office in Hyderabad. I have obtained the Acknowledgement copy as the police report is being received by Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad on 20/10/2008 Please find the scanned copy of the same.
On 30/10/2008 i have applied for PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) for Switzerland vide file no. HYDM02721908 and is bee told that Passport will be sent by post. And also i have been informed that the police report is not yet been received for the passport issued under tatkal. And i have not received my passport yet and on 11/11/2008 received a letter from Regional passport office (RPO) stating that Awaited for police report.
I have visited RPO on 17/11/2008 with the Acknowledgement copy from RPO and submitted to RPO as saying that its already been received. But still my passport is not yet been sent back with PCC. Please kindly note that i have valid visa on passport and i have cancelled my travel twice estimating the service of PCC in 3 days. Please suggest what should i do more.
Please help me as i need to travel and my visa expires soon.

Respected sir,It is a very important issue of my life "Because My Wife is Pregnant in Newzealand".I have applied for
(1)Change of my District &
(2) ECNR
(3) PCC(Police clearance for NewZealand)
I visited to RPO CHD and filled an application with required certificate
They checked it and They charged Rs. 900 only
They told me that Your PCC ECNR Will be done within a week & You will Recive your passport within 10 days, by speed post .
I have attached all attested documents
Now i have check the statues, it is showing "Police Report has Not bean received".
Nobody is picking the 3 Enquiry phone line on 1/05/2009 between 10am to 1 pm. mentioned on your website,
Sir/Mam It is vary Urgent, Please Put the light on this case, I shall be very thankful to you.

regional passport office, Chandigarh. — delay in passport.
i have applied for a passport with my brother in march, 2008 but within 2 months my brother has got his passport and till date i have not recieved my passport.last month i recieved a letter from you regarding my date of attested Birth certificate duly issued by births and deaths department which i posted on 09-08-08 by registered post from Rajguru Nagar post office, Ludhiana to the Incharge, RPO chandigarh.
But till date there is no response or verification regarding my letter or my passport on the website.
please advise me what to do next
