[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Coimbatore — Non dispatch of PASSPORT

Dear sir/madam,

This is Karthick Sakthivel from Mohanur(po), Namakkal(Dt).
I had applied for the passport on 21-july-2010, police verification done on 25-Dec-2010. But I still didn't get the possport. In the month of February I have seen the status as "Your possport has been despatched", but while I enquire in post office i came to know that that was not despatched. Now in these three months I am seeing the status as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".

My friends who applied in Tatkal got the passport within 10 days. But for me after 10 months also I am not able to get. Is this my mistake that applied in normal scheme?

Please favour me to get the passport immediately.

Dear Sir,

My child (Jainesh Sasikumar) two year old now, passport application
has been rejected on 24th May 2011 by the Coimbatore passport officer for the following
reason.

1, Father and mother address is not same in both the passport.
2, Spouse name is not included in my passport whereas my name is
included in my wife’s passport.

I am not really convinced for the above reason for rejection as it
doesn’t seems to be stringent validation. I have given enough proof
below to support and qualify for my child passport. It would be great
if you can help me out in arranging passport for my Kid

in passport office

1, Parent’s passport
2, Father Driving license
3, Father Pan Card
4, Child birth Certificate
5, Marriage Certificate
6, Father’s Voter ID card

I have applied for passport two year's back when i was doing my college (maharaja prithivi engg college )
on that time i gave my persent address as of my college address but my passport came after complition of my enginearing so i unable to recive my passport .i enquire with my college also they are telling it was resended to the passport office .When i enquire with the passport ofice they are telling it was dispatched on this date[protected] after that we didnt get any information about your passport . So kindly mention where is my passport and where can i get back or what to do for further process .Below I mention my passport applied details .

I have applied for passport on 7.6.2011 under reference no.CBEK00094711and police verification has already done. Whenever i inquire and in the status report it shows "it will be dispatched within a week time". I have been following every day
as I have to go abroad to join my new job and shall be grateful the concerned authority may please take quick action on dispatching my passport and oblige.

The website of staus query shows " Due to unavoidable circumstances your passport will be dispatched by weeks time" this s updated on 18.8.2011.I have enquired in Commissioner of police, Office and they informed they ve updated on 1.8.2011 with file no.SBA3/3808/11.But still i dint receive my passport so please arrange to issue my passport soon.

But i still didn't not get the passport.in the month of (December 2011) i have seeing the status (Report to this office on any working day (except Wednesday) between 9.30 A.M. and 12.30 P.M. alongwith the above mentioned documents / this letter).then, i will two times report this office.then, tell the passport officer your birth certificate verification chek in madurai corporation. then, after dispatch your passport.Then, one month After then, see the madurai corporation officer telling for your birth certificate verification checked also completed.so, contact your passport office.then, i will come on passport offiice then, i will tell the passport officer, for my birth certificate verification also competed. so, please kindly dispatched my passport. then, passport officer also telling for your passport afterthen, one week dispatch for passport office.But more two month also completed.but not come my passport.i every one week check the status with calling.but now this time not coming my passport.so, my company is tranfer to abudhabi. dubai.(for forien chance for my this time)so, please kindly earlier dispatch my passport.

I have applied for fresh passport on 14/11/2011 @ Coimbatore my file no CB[protected]. I gave two address for police verification one at Namakkal and another one at trichy. I went to Regional Passport Office Coimbatore on 26/12/2011 to know my passport status.Passport officer told that the nammakkal pv was completed but pv was pending in trichy.so i went to Commissioner Office Trichy, SP office Trichy and and nereby station (fort station) in trichy.The application was not found in the above places i went to three times for the above places they says the application was not available.so i went to another time for Regional Passport Office Coimbatore on 30/12/2011.I wrote an letter to request the passport officer to send my application for police reverification.I met Deputy Passport officer and told my status.He said that your application will sent to trichy commissioner office for pv through speed post till the application is not received in commissioner office trichy. I want to know passport status. so i request you to reply my compliant as soon as possible.

Hai, I am mukilan from salem. I applied my passport in Salem collector office on 30/08/11. Police verification is completed in november month itself. My passport File No: CBE Z405116 11. hello sir my name is suresh and my date of birth 03/09/1985.I Applied for Passport File application No.CBEZ40628811, dated 23/12/2011
But till now (30/04/2012) www.passport.gov.in website shows as 'Police Verification report not received' last website updation is 28/02/2012In this regard i was my Trashed circle police station and District Head police office the Police verification completed on 3rd week feb & The Report dispatched to Coimbatore Passport office on next week.I have mailed this problem to cbe.[protected]@mea.gov.in many times. But i dont get any reply. so please send my passport.

My file number is CB[protected] and it has been real long since the police verification is completed. Then why is it taking so much time? It has been three months now. Please process it quickly. It is really urgent for me.

I have completed police verification on second week of the third month of this year(2012). It is found that file has been dispatched from my concerning police station on 15.03.2012. It is also found that file is dispatched from Erode DSP office in the same month. Since i have been offered to an IT company they insist me to submit the passport copy in the beginning of next month(June). Kindly follow my passport so as to dispatch as soon this month as possible.
