[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — online registration not accessible

rpo secunderabad — they do not attend tele calls

for the last 3 days i was trying to contact rpo secunderabad on the numbers given in their contacts list. nos are[protected] & 27704646.
they always play computerised message' busy, try again after some time'. if this is the attitude of the staff of such vital dept who will help the candidates those who are in urgent need of the passport.

Humble request (imgr. to australia-urgent)

We had applied on 19th Nov PPCs for myself and for my wife as follows:

S.RAVI KUMAR - FIL.NO.M029029
S.RADHIKA- FILENO. M 029037

When i approached enq. counter they asked me to fill ppf formagain i did it for my case and my wife p.port they said despatched 2 days back. notrecd.till dt. plls.do the n.ful.

I DID NOT GET MY PASSPORT I WAS SUBMIT ON29/08/2008

After clearly mentioning the spelling and details, passport office staff typing it wrongly and we are paying amount and facing prbs. in the big queues for not our fault. Why dont the mgt. compare / check the appln. form o[censored]s and held the concerned person responsible. in our case, we clearly mentioned my daughter's same as surname : surisetti and name as: venkata rakshita, he purposely typed as surisetti venkata under surname and rakshita as name.. when i approached the counter and explained receipt is being typed like this and passport might also come. he says YES, it will come like that only. that is the right name and surname.. that arrogant person will listened to others.. now corruption has become minimal in p.port office, so that most of the staff are showing their dirty and crucked nature. pls. do somethign to book such people and take action. i felt hapy when rama naidu and renuka chowdhary mam visited once passport office, our complaints were listened and sorted out those days, now nobody visits and staff r rude.. if v complaint v cannot expect our passport on time... pls. take action on those or keep complaints/suggestion box in front of the coounters and outside p.port office... thanks a lot...

I want to register online registration of passport from hyderabad
but whenever iam loging in it is giving option HYDERABAD Tatkal,
but i don't wand in tatkal,

I along with spouse applied for passports on 9-8-2008. Our file nos. are F101335 and F101336.Till now we didn't receive the passports.

This is Naveen kumar and i have appllied for passport on 26-9.2008.police enquiry has been over on[protected] and since the last 20 days the status is "Your passport has been granted and will be dispatched by[protected]".But 2nd december had already passsed but i have not yet received my passport.can u plz tell me why there is so much delay in the issue of passport...

WE had applied for my son, who is an infant. But still we had all our documents ready, every necessray thing ready. My husband went on time to the passport office. but was rejected & the reason being, the address was not "typed" but "hand written". and when he said that it got erased somehow, the officer says that my husband's lying. After standing in a long "Q" even after reaching on time & with all required documents and everything ready, still my infant boy's passport is rejected. where should we go & complain & to whom?? where can we vent out our anger & frustration??? Is whatever done to us justifiable?? this is the way government offices & officers are.

i got letter from REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE [ adjacent prashant theatre near clock tower, SECUNDRABAD] Dated :06-oct-2008 on 13-0ct-2008. In that they mentioned that to furnish study/bonafide certificate from the college which i have studied. I sent my Bonafide Certifcate through post within 1 week. Verification also finished.But the status is blank . I tried to call to the number which they have mentioned in the letter 27704646, 27704747. But there is no response.So i request you to please update the status of my passport application as soon as possible.

I have applied for renewal/reissue of passport on[protected], Police verification has been completed, yet i have to receive my new passport. On internet there is nothing at STATUS: line.

I tried over[protected]/4747 several times but no response.

Moreover my birth year 1974 but it show on net as 1971, Please correct over new passport.
