EPFO DWARKA OFFICE — REFUND OF PROVIDENT FUND

Dear Sir/Madam
I m Bhuvaneshwar Singg previously working for RS COMPONENTS & CONTROLS INDIA LTD NOIDA.
My provident fund is deducted from salary but when i claimed that pf office employees says that your form is rejected & dispatched to your address c-51 sector 22 noida on date 12.03.12 but i still didnt receive that,after all this i go to the pf office but clerk was not on the seat all the 3 times when i go there & no one telling me the status of my pf settlement claim id no dsnhp 25601000493.So how could i know that whats the problem in my form or whatever else to do the things correctly from next time onwards.
please do the needful

I am Ratan Kumar Saha, my PF Code No DL-22236, Account No-84, i was working with Radial Internationals, but unfortunatelly i was resign from Radial International on 2009, and last year i was forcely to clear all document from Radial Internationals, and then i am able to send all original document to your Office on 30th May 2012 from Kolkata. but still i have not been received any information still on date.
I would like to request you, can you please clarify how to get my PF amount from PF office,
MY humble request to you, please take necessary action about to release PF amount to my Account as possible.

Dear sir,
myself sanjeev kumar has worked with Dec Property management Pvt Ltd. from Nov 2009 to Jul 2010. i apply for the PF clearence after some time i recieve a letter from ur side that Bank account nos. differ from pass book. so i again send around 7 or 8 month before my SBI Bank a/c blank cheque copy but still no respose.
my PF no mention over the rejected letter is DL/CPM/0021547/0009551.

So, humbly request to u plz make the clearence of my PF.

Have applied for part withdrawal of my PF for the purpose of “Purchase of House”. All ready submitted retain to PF office to thane DD No (005867) Rs. 27, 000 (rupees twenty seven thousand).

I foul-up PF officer but not any response. Please reply.

This is in reference to my application for part withdrawal of PF.

Myself, Rajesh Narayan Gurav (UAN No.[protected], PF No. THTHA[protected] have applied for part withdrawal of my PF for the purpose of “Purchase of House”. This application was submitted on 05/01/2018 (acknowledgement copy is attached herewith)

The amount claimed in this application was Rs. 270, 000 (rupees two lakh seventy thousand only); but the amount transferred to my account is Rs. 27, 000 (rupees twenty seven thousand). This amount was credited to my account on 24/01/2018.

I have approached the PF office multiple times since 24/01/2018 but have not received any update. The lady there claims that the form was submitted for only Rs. 27000. Hence I re-submitted a new form (as per her recommendation) to claim the additional amount (attached is the acknowledgement for the second form). Post this also, I visited the PF office to get an update, but every time I go there they internally discuss about some “D.P” to be retrieved from the bunch of documents.

It is more than one and a half month for my initial submission. I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at your earliest. I require this amount as early as possible as I have to pay the same to the builder.
