[Resolved]  Reliance ADA — Service discontinued abruptly

My GSM number was converted to postpaid last month. First bill was generated on11.12.12 of amount Rs.429 with due date of 27.12.12.

I paid Rs.400 on 23.12.12 accordingly. Still my services (incoming as well as outgoing) were discontinued without any intimation.

After calling customer care number numerous time, emailing them and registering complaints, I came to know that some old terminated GSM numbers bill of Rs.670 was pending on my name and hence services were discontinued.

Atleast Reliance should have intimated me before discontinuing service.

I paid amount Rs.670 on 6.12.12 in one of the Reliance webstore located in Pune. They assured services will be restored immediately within 3 hours. But still it has not been restored. I visit thrice reliance store for follow up in 2 days.

I have been mentally tortured, I have lost valuable communication as my number is not in service. I may have lost many important opportunities, customer calls, personal calls because of this negligence from Reliance.

I request for strict action for above and compensation from Relaince for the pain and mental torture I went through this 8 -10 days.
