[Resolved] Reliance ADA — Unused Landline billing for 2 years got to know during a plan change | |
Dear Sir/madam,
Kindly find the earlier communication provided to you for the wrong plan amount charged to me and the amount I paid for almost 2 year for an unused Reliance connection [landline] the option given to you by me is to terminate the broadband connection-This is pure monopoly business without any option given to the customer-I wanted justification for giving me bills and charging me for an unused landline connection for two years--
You never gave me my cheated money back -- almost 6720/-[for two years<from 2011>] and you never started adjusting the amount from your monthly billing-I CAME TO KNOW ONLY THIS WHILE PLAN CHANGE-<2013>
Give me an option to justify your statement[for termination] or please settle the amount at the earliest [with billing on monthly cycles are also fine with me--I value the Man Who founded Relation -Money for Money is needed-I lost money --I need justification and reliability from reliance
