[Resolved]  Reliance ADA — purposely generating overcharged bill for stopping or delaying porting

Hi,

I have tried sending mails to reliance but they don't reply customer care dosent corporate.

My monthly rental from last 2 yrs is 399 rs. But in this bill i have been charged 1180rs with rental 900 rs. When i am trying to connect your call center for help they are very arrogant and rude.

Secondly, i am getting told that my plan for this month is 499, i don't understand based on what criteria you have started to change my plan. But yes, this extortion of money has been started since i have applied for porting. Their staff says that i have changed my plan on 18th july to 499 from 399 for this month which is just a mere nonsense as on 17th july i have applied for porting. They have started troubling me since then. Also note that they now say (Though it's false) that i have changed my plan to 499 on 18th for next month like m mad to increment my plan after applying for porting.

This is just cheating you are doing this to stop porting which is not acceptable. I hope this letter gets addressed asap and my bill for last month and plan for this month is rectified so that i can port my number out of this hell at earliest.

Provide me revised and real bill details and let me out of this hell.
