[Resolved] Reliance ADA — Landline bills | |||
I've Reliance land-line connection for more than a year now. But they never sent me bills to my home. Every time, every month we have to go to Reliance office to check out how much we have to pay and then ask those office guys to give a print of bill(black and white). They never sent bills to home. My dad had spoken to customer care about this but they doesn't seem to care. As a result i'm facing a problem here. My dad works for a bank and gets transferred often. We moved from Mysore to Bangalore 2 years ago. And recently i applied for a passport and i was denied the token at PSK(passport seva kendra) saying that i dont have proper proof for present address. I presented my recent landline bill(black and white print taken at Relinace office) to them. But they denied it saying we want original one(color bill which comes from company to home) and we want one year old bill. I wrote to customercare about this issue and asked them if they can send me a copy of last year's bill. But no response yet. My mail - [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
