I am Mohammed Ghouse, I lodged a complaint on 06/04/2013 with Complaint No.[protected] for replacement of Set Top Box(STB). Till today no service engineer has attended my problem. Earlier on 25/02/2013 after so much pursuence, my set top box has been replaced after one month. That to a working condition STB. Service engineer has collected 500/- and updated at the call centre also. From account another 500/- also deducted. After insttaling STB within three days it was not working. This I lodged a complaint on 06/04/2013. Every alternate day I have been calling to the call centre, and I have been promising that a service engineer will attend and resolve the problem. I don't know how the Relience Big Tv service is, I got vexed of this kind of service. Pl. provide solution for the said problem. My Sr. No. is[protected] on my name i.e Mohammed Ghouse

I Avinash kumar Sharma resident of 12-Block, house number 244, lodhi colony new Delhi 11003 have issues with service and commitment from Reliance Big TV. This is in continuation of my request to replace my Set top Box dated 9/5/2013 *complaint number[protected]. I have been using your connection for more than 2.7 years now. But now it seems that no one is responding to my problem sincerely.

I got a call from Big TV stating that they don’t have Set top box (which I was OK to Pay for) in Stock and they don’t know when it will be available. To verify the same I asked my friend to call them for installation of new connection and found that Set top box was available.

This was very surprising and shocking to know, why a trust factor between service provider and a customer got broken. I request you to please send someone to take care of this, else I would have no option but to get my connection changed to other service provider. Believe me I am not ready to change my connection from Big TV, and neither I am interested to get my reimbursement of advance payment, But in these condition I am just looking from support from Reliance Big TV Support Team.
