[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broad band did not return my deposit and extra money paid for cable | |||
I was using Reliance Broadnet for few months during which the service was pathetic. After many follow ups it did not improve. I used to pay bills in time. When I surrendered my connection, they immediately took the cable and the dish back. They did not send me the bill and also did not talk about the deposit and extra money I paid for the cable. Also their service person used my mobile for fixing up the issue. Now reliance has sent me legal notice to pay the remaining amount. I want first my deposit and the extra money back and then I will pay the bill or they must deduct that much amount from the total bill of Rs. 2018.66 My customer id is :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Regarding Your Complaint in the Consumer Complaints Forum, I would like to help you in this matter. At first before warning the Company or Taking any action You need to Clarify Some Points as Below:
1. Have You Mailed Reliance @ [protected]@relianceada.com with your Correct Details. If Yes and they Have solved your problem then no Problem but If not then EMAIL ME your [ COMPLAINT+RESPONSE ]
send to reliance so they we have a proof.
2. Secondly Provide Your Correct Address + Details [Broadband & Landline] so that we can Provide you the Details of your Nearest Nodal Officer of Reliance. You will have to send a written Complaint to him and wait for the reply.
3. But Even if your Problem is not Solved, then Post your Complaint with their Response + Your Details at Consumercourt.in
The Court will take the necessary Actions.

Reliance Broadband — Refund of remaining amount
Hi,This is in regard to the reliance broadband connection. I contacted the local reliance office for termination of my connection as i was changing my home. I even told that i would not be available after 2 weeks. Even then no one turned up to collect the phone and modem. This all happened in May 2011. Now they said they were taking legal action and forced me to pay Rs.4500. They have taken complaints for returning back the money but till now there is no one who called regarding that. How can such a big organization be so careless about customers?
I need this issue to be closed as soon as possible..

Reliance Broadband — return my money back
mr. shushil came to my home and collected chq. of rs.562 no is 419621on 11/04/2008 of bank of india new delhi.
he said executive would come and install ur broadband,executive came and said that here network is not working and you would get your rupees back by after 90 days, i have complaint many times but none action taken yet,kindly request you to do good, i have slip whic mr. shushil gave me and since than unnecessary i am recieving internet bill also,
