[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA connection — Cross connection, ill behaviour of cust care executives, non-available of proper information,call drop etc

Hi. I have been a reliance india mobile user for more than two years, however not once have i been satisfied by its services. I have to keep using it because of some compulsions and given a chance i would be the first person to disconnect my number.
In the last three years i have faced a lot of problems and harassment having to use reliance mobile, and almost all of the time i have had to live with it, because it never gets solved.
The most recent problem i am facing is with call connections. Most of the times when I make calls from my reliance phone, there is a cross connection and the line gets connected to a wrong number. And if its not a cross connection then the phone becomes blank and i have to disconnect and call back again. In other words i have to dial three or four times to get connected to the right person.
I tried lodging a call with customer care (they should be rightly renamed customer harassment executive) at *333, however, they claim that in CDMA technology there can naver happen cross connections and hence they would not accept the complaint. I tried to reason with them that i am actually facing the problem so i have called, but to no avail. In the end when i kept persisting, they acused me of lying and lodging a fasle complaint. I was aghast at the response, and was badly hurt with their accusation of myself lying.
Further, i tried to lodge a complain with the nodal officer, but the numbers that have been provided to me through *333 cust executives, either does not exist or is always engaged. This is just one of the instance i have had to face as a reliance user. I just dont want to mention the other instances call congestion, bad cust care experiance, non availability of proper information with cust care executives, and even wrong deduction of amounts from account balance and etc. If i delve into those, the writing sapce provided here would not suffice for the bad to worse experiances of me as a Reliance India Mobile user.
I really dont know how they claim to be India's number one mobile network. May be its sheer numbers, but if they take a vote on their customer service, they will surely be figuring as the worst mobile network. I would never reccommend any one dear to me to become a realiance mobile user, unless i would want him to get harassed for his life.
