[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile (CDMA) — Rude / Unprofessional Customer Service / Unapproved subscription charges

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice certain things which are very annoying and I cannot do anything to stop it.

What Happened:
My father who is about 67 years old, has been using a Reliance mobile (CDMA) connection since 5 years, you can say from the day it was launched in India. Of late he has not been using this number frequently as he has retired and only uses the phone to receive calls. He doesn't even check the incoming messages. On the other day he got a message confirming some RMS service being activated automatically with a monthly charge of Rs. 60. I immediately called the customer care and spoke to a very arrogant lady who said there is no service active and there is no charge, but after 2 days the same amount was deducted from his pre paid balance.

It's been 4 months I've been trying to cancel this service but in vain. Every time I call, there would be some frustrated guy who would talk to me as if he is paying me for the services that I am using... freaking strange.

My patience broke all barriers when I had called on 31st July, 2009 and spoke to a mad guy by the name of Khirod who was very unprofessional and adamant (I wonder how does reliance recruits these kinds of people) He kept on asking if I had any ref number, I told him that I don't have it noe but I have it written in my note. He abruptly cut through and said "Hangup & call back when you have it.

Then I asked him to behave properly and reduce his tone of voice... I was surprised at his reply... He kept on saying "What did you say".. as if he is going to come out of the phone & hit me.

SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE..SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE...SHAME ON YOU RELIANCE

You talk to your customers in this manner ? Even if you have charged the customer in a wrong way, you seem to employ worthless people to yell at you THAT YOU ARE WRONG and do nothing to help them...

I AM GOING TO CANCELL THIS CONNECTION AND GO FOR A DIFFERENT ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE CUSTOMER...

I AM HAPPY WITH MY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER...
I PROMISE IN THE NAME OF GOD NOT TO USE ANY RELIANCE PRODUCT OR SERVICES EVER IN THE FUTURE...

GOD DAMM... RELIANCE... GO DOWN THE DRAIN ONE FINE DAY... PERISH OUT OF THE MARKET.

I am purchage a CDMA Pripaid Sim Mobile No.-[protected] at Bharatpur ( Rajasthan). I went to reduies the call rate Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute my CDMA Pripaid Sim. the delare given a sim for me with this spacification whole Life, but each month this mobile activate STV 69 for Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute.
So please reduse my call rates permanentaly Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa / minute . without STV whole Life.

Please stay away from Reliance CDMA. This is the worst netwok service I have ever realised.REALLY VERY VERY POOR.

I have forwarded my complaint to the Crime Branch wing of Kerala Police for their information and action. I don't know whether old man's case is fit enough for investigation where compared with Mr.Ambani.
My mobile no. is [protected]. i have been suffering for a desease that is reliance mobile, because my mobile was subsribed Cricket Alerts Pack automatically. I have tried several time for its unsubscription to customer care, but it does not work. This is very worst service and i am very angry with this. I sugest to all my friend please never purchase reliance mobile.

Reliance CDMA Customer Service — Customer Care Rudeness

Hi

I have a very bad experience with Reliance customer Care. Whenever you call them they are some handlers are very rude. I just called them to know GPRS charges and plans, instead of explainig the plan to me Mr Dayanand ogganari (Handler) said that they do not have GPRS facility on CDMA. When i told him that I had previously called in just few minutes ago and one of the other handler was giving me alll the details. He said that I was lying and I could say anything but he cannot see any notes on my number that I called earlier.

When I asked for a supervisor, he said there is no supervisor on the floor.

I a fed up with this guys. Can someone take this up please.

bina puche mera out going call band kar diya gaya hai.pri v apna decoments maine jama kar diya iske babjud v mera number chhalu nahi hua.muje bahut pro. ho raha hai.

Reliance Mobile (CDMA) — Activation of premium service without consent

I have received a message on 30.09.2011 from RM-HNGAMA that a subscription has been processed for Rs.[protected]@36000 secs for 30 days. This is done without my consent.

I am facing second time this kind of problem from Reliance Mobile. Also I am getting lot of advertisement messages irrespective of activating DND.

Hence I request concern to take action otherwise, I will be registering a case in consumer court.
