[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile (CDMA) — Sim deactivated

I have purchased one CDMA sim card from Reliance World, Ground Floor, Shops No. 7,8 & 9, Anjan Salakha, Parle Point, Surat on 6th sept. 2010 with submited proper document.On that day it is activated also. But after some days from 22nd sept without any information my sim card deactivated.I have talked with custmor care they said me you have to submit documents again where you have purchased.I visited to Reliane web world 2 times regarding my problem.They said no document is required it will activated soon.They donot give any contact number.They said you talk to customer care.But customer care said we can not do any thing you contact where you purchased.What can I do.

Reliance Mobile — deactivation third time

I bought the reliance mobile phone just two weeks back - submitting the photo and address proof - but they deactivated calls after four days - after much struggle they activated again with sorry - it was repeated second time after eight days - again reactivated. Nor for the third time again deactivated both incoming and outgoing without any warning. - It's big [censored] and horrible way of harrassing. Now I am returning the phone back to the vendor by loosing some money. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY THE RELIANCE PHONE.

reliance communications(cdma mobile) — negligency

i had applied for conversion of my mobile from postpaid to prepaid on 29/12/09 and i was promised by the company to complete the conversion within a time period of 7 days at the maximum....but even after the passage of 10 days,no action has been taken...within the meantime i had been directed by the officials to conact the webworld, customercare and also city(Surat) headoffice...i had gone to webworld 2-3 times and from there was directed to go to the city headoffice..but there was no benefit of going there..i was just given fake promises and assurances of immediate action...but nothing was implemented...
so.this is my humble request to the management to take strict actions against the responsible people who are responsible for harassing the customer due to their careless attitude...
Complaint is ok.I hope to take some action.

I have purchased one CDMA sim card from, Ganesh Telecom Shop no. 49, Tiara mall, Sec-13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. pin 410210. on 13th sept. 2010 with submited proper document.On that day it is activated also. But after some days from 24th sept without any information my sim card deactivated.I have talked with custmor care they said me you have to submit documents again where you have purchased.I visited to Reliane web world & submit my documents again on 30th sept regarding my problem.They said it will activated soon.They dont give any contact number.They said you talk to customer care.But customer care said we can not do any thing you contact where you purchased.What can I do.My mobile No is [protected].

Dear Sir,

I am Omkar Somani using Reliance CDMA prepaid connection (Mobile No: [protected]) since last 3 weeks. I have submitted all my documents while taking the connection but these reliance people again told me to submit the documents for verification purpose. So I have submitted all my documents second time. Now again third time they told me to submit documents and also they have barred my both outgoing and incoming calls.

I contacted customer care for the same, they said that copy of passport which I submitted is not a valid ID proof.

So my first question is if passport copy is not valid ID proof then which documents should i submit.
Second things how many times should I submit the documets in a month. (Already submited twice)
Third thing is who is responsible for the loss which occured while the card was not working 2 days and now also not working.

I am very much fed up with the reliance service. I have other responsibilities also to fulfill. Also the web world timings are collapsing with my office timing so if need to submit the docs i need to take half day leave. Therefore I request the concerned authority to take proper action against this negligence because I have fulfilled my duties responsibly (that two twice).

Reliance Mobile — SIM deactivated even after submitting proofs second time

I’ve been using Reliance CDMA prepaid connection since last 7+ years. I have submitted all my documents while taking the connection but recently reliance people again told me to submit the documents for verification purpose. So I have submitted all the documents (Application form + Id proof + 1 Photo) second time on first week of January 2011. But my SIM got deactivated (no outgoing/incoming) on 11-Feb-2011 saying proof is not yet submitted. I have submitted the documents at Reliance web world at Trivandrum Sasthamangalam Branch, to activate my SIM they told me to submit the document again.

This caused lot of difficulties (4th day without mobile) to me I want to legal actions against this. Please help me to proceed further.
