I have purchased one CDMA sim card from Reliance World, Ground Floor, Shops No. 7,8 & 9, Anjan Salakha, Parle Point, Surat on 6th sept. 2010 with submited proper document.On that day it is activated also. But after some days from 22nd sept without any information my sim card deactivated.I have talked with custmor care they said me you have to submit documents again where you have purchased.I visited to Reliane web world 2 times regarding...

Rude / Unprofessional Customer Service / Unapproved subscription charges

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice certain things which are very annoying and I cannot do anything to stop it.

What Happened:
My father who is about 67 years old, has been using a Reliance mobile (CDMA) connection since 5 years, you can say from the day it was launched in India. Of late he has not been using this number frequently as he has retired and only uses the phone to receive calls....
