I AM A RELIENCE CUSTOMER FROM PAST 6-7 YEARS AND FROM PAST 1YEAR I MY FAMILY MEMBER AND MY FRIENDS IS SUFFERING FROM THE PROBLEM OF DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON AND ACTIVATION O[censored]SELESS SERVICES. NUMBERS ON WHICH THE SAME SCHEME HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AND AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY REASON ARE :- [protected] (SATISH KR GUPTA) [protected] (MEGHA SINHA) [protected] (SATYA DEVI) EVERY TIME I REGISTER ACOMPLAINT OR CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT OF RELIENCE THEY SAID THAT WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING OR THEIR SERVER IS NOT WORKING OR PUT MY CALL ON HOLD OF 1HRS.THIS VERY HARRESING.I HAD PERSONALLY WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OF RELIENCE I HAD REGISTER THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT BUT TILL TODAY I DID'NT GET ANY RESPONSE OR THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.THERE IS ONE NO([protected]) THIS NO.BELONG TO MY MOTHER WHO IS 70 ABOVE SHE MET AN ACCIDENT AND WAS NOT ABLE TO USE HER PH BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DEDUCTED THAT USELESS AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE WHICH WE HAD NEVER REQUESTED.I HAD EVEN TRY TO SEND A MSG PF DEACTIVATION OF SERVICE BUT I GOT A MSG THAT NO SERVICE IS ACTIVATED ON THIS NO AND I NEVER GET ANY SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.I WANT YOU TO TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THIS AND SORT MY PROBLEM.I WILL BE VERY THANKFULL TO YOU. Reliance — Amount Deduction Without any connection

Respected Sir,
I S .Susheela had booked for a Broadband connection in Reliance Communication and given all my documents with a check of Rupees 2,206.00 and because there is no feasibility of connection i did not get the broadband connection but only the amount is been deducted from my account numbered 9200 (South Indian Bank) Cheque No: 458530 now none of the representatives are giving any response about the money which is been deducted. Please take the necessary action on this case.

Reliance — Deduction of 55 rs. without any reason

Hi there, my name is Prashant Kumar and my reliance mbl no. is [protected]. Today on 18-MAR-2011 Reliance deducted 55 rs from my mbl main balance without any reason...
here is what happened today :----
1) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 10:00am
--- the balance was 58.95 rs..
2) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 8:00pm
--- and the balance was 23.95 rs.
3) i checked the balance on 18-mar-2011 @ 8:30pm
--- and the balance is 3.95 rs.
can anyone tell me why this happend to me ????
i did'nt called anywhere today i swear to god....

reliance prepaid number — Deduction of amount without any usage

I have puchase a reliance GSM prepaid mobile no. [protected] and i am using it just to receive or to make calls. I have not activate any service on it but the company deducts the money whenever it likes. I ignore the amount for two to three times thinking that may be that are the call charges but last time i charge the mobile with Rs. 30 and i get Rs.24(app.) talktime balance but on the next day company deduct Rs. 20. When I call their customer care number, their customer care representatives always say's that our computers are not working properly you call us after some time. We are unable to give you any information on this matter.

Reliance — DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT WITH NO REASON

MY NAME IS VINOD KUMAR REDDY I AM FROM ANDHRA AND I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE GSM WITH MY FRIEND ARINDHAM GHOSH DOCUMENTS AND PREVIOUSLY I DONT HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH RELIANCE AND NOW A DAYS THEY R DEDUCTING THE CURRENCY FROM MY A/C WITH OUT ANY REASON............ON 20/07/2011 MY BALANCE IS Rs.57/- AND ON 21/07/2011 I HAD MADE KUST FOUR CALLS AND I COULD ABLE TO SEE MY BALANE AS Rs.16/-.I AM UNDER THE PLAN 1RP/3MIN(ONE RUPEE FOR 3 MINUTES)..........AND FOR FOUR SHORT CALLS IT COSTS ONLY FOUR RUPEES AND I FOUND THE DEDUCTION OF NEARLY 35 RUPEES WITH OUT ANY REASON..................I REQUEST RELIANCE AGENTS TO LOOK INTO THIS AND SOLVE IT ..................................
