on 27th of jan 2009 I bought a reliancse gsm sim. n i gave them the copy of my passport as id proof. after 1 week they terminated my conection, when i asked them abt it, they were telling like its relates with my ID.. when the didnt call me a single time to verify my id... I gave the my id proof passport photo and id proof and gsm card start. within one week gsm card not working i contact to reliance care telling sported id proof not sufficient and we are sud-met second time document my pan card copy with telephone bill copy. dtd. 09.02.2009

the network is not good, costly mobile are geting error when the sim is insert in the mobile, we are geting so much proble through this, and not having any additional offers, any talk time offers

I m user of Reliance GSM for last year..but now getting very problem with reliance services..no body can say it is good..always getting not reachable. not in network area, . no covergage., listning problem..It's not mine everyone reliance user say..so plz try to understand our problem,
I know Reliance plan are very good..like night STD calling, Per socond charges, everything in 50 paise..is very good.. but service is very poor...
so i[censored] have no or IDof Ambani brother's plz tell to him, for their poor services...and forward my complain to senior or regarding person

i got the reliance cdma postpaid and converted it to reliance gsm prepaid and i gave request on march 1 2011 but request was taken only on march 17 2011 by reliance web world executive (carelessness of reliance web world executive) and and it got converted soon to gsm and but i have the bill from[protected] to[protected].
full month rental wy for what reason shall i pay ????

my name gaurav kumar my No.[protected] and i have the problm regarding ur services. and the prblm is there is regular deduct the balnce in my mobile account regularly with any concern. I have complains more than 10 times to ur customer care.
But there is no solution to give me.each and every time your executive transfer my call to another senior . but the problm is same as. i really appreciated to your way of working .
i have too many option to change the network.this is my last intimation to u, and i will wait for u feed back.
otherwise i have to change my network .

Reliance India Mobile — Delay in identity verification
I am Sachin Kumar from noida.I was using one reilance connection from last one week.It got barred due to the wrong details being submitted by the dealer.Thereafter I resubmitted correct details regarding verification to the customer care in Reliance customer care office in noida.Now after two days of submission I am getting calls that the details have not been submitted.Now just beacause of the negligence of the customer care I am getting suffered.So I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter so that my problem can be solved as soon as possible.
