[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — plan change without consent

Even i heard about this change but i dont have written communication from reliance for this as yet. This is not done. You cannot take the consumer for granted.

I would like to hear from Reliance why they are changing the plan now.

I also took the DAPO 1 Plan, I send 6000 Sms's then they are complaining that its only 3000 sms are free rest we have to pay. And which makes me to pay lot of money. This is absolutely wrong, when I took the connection, Roaming and Sms are good things. Now, Roaming the New Rates are applicable and regarding Sms's they said its not totally free. This is very bad, we have send mails to TRAI about the change in plan regarding SMS then only we can get some justice, I think so friends keep sending mails to TRAI about this change of plan with out notification as well as it has no write to change the plan. May be TRAI will help us out.

airtel swaped my number to another guy. It was a premium number. No consent from my part was given. The guy used my number for 5 days. After the complaint they barred my no. wht are the legal formalities? Is it a breach of contract by the provider? Can i claim any damage? Is tht an invasion into my privacy? Where should i give a complaint?

very very worst reliance, without any info the charged my mobile Rs.10 for mantras what i do by hearing that mantras, when complaining, they replied i activated itself, my mobile number[protected] reliance managers what doing?i thought reliance is good of all now i going to change to another network because of this

Activating Panchang pack without asking/confirmation and charging unnecessarily...

I am Abhishek Anand. My RIM mobile no is [protected]. In my mobile Panchang pack was activated voluntarily by the reliance service without even asking me.
Further, they even charged me Rs. 30/- on 31 Jul and 31 Aug 10 in each month. I also spoke to customer care and requested them
to deactivate...but no result have been found till to date...

I am using reliance Digital TV service, the company has automatically activated Adventure Pack in my Digital TV & started to deduct my balance from Monthally Bassis. I have logged the call , but till they have not deactivated the Advanture pack.

I am using reliance smart gsm service, the company has automatically activated sms pack in my mobile & started to deduct my balance from daily basis. I have logged the call, but till they have not deactivated the service but they deactivate my other services.
